Toilet was stopped up, instead of changing my room, a staff member plunged the toilet then left the plunger “in case I had any more issues with it”. The entire third floor smelled like marijuana and pine car fresheners, including my room. Most of the furniture was falling apart and light bulbs were missing from lamps. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is very outdated and needs to be remodeled. The elevator was not working so luckily I was on the first floor. Overall the hotels condition did not stop the guest service agents from providing exceptional customer service.
