Location was good but the elevators were shut down so I had to carry all luggage up and down the stairs. Hotel did not post this before the room was booked.

Close to hwy and several restaurants and sights.

The staff, there isn't anybody at the counter, always have to go and find someone and hint them down, thought it was always suppose to be someone at the counter, never ever experienced this work no one at the counter

The staff was very friendly. That was ine thing that i did love about this room. However, we had to kill about 5 roaches. There were also little baby roaches. The first time we saw the roaches were in the barhroom crawling on the floor. Then while watching tv there wasvone crawling up the wall. Then there was another one crawling up the sheet on the bed. I called the front desk and was told that we could move room after housekeeping was done cleaning however never got a call to follow up. We ended up making sure that everything was all put up and closed tightly so that we could go out to bourben street.

Nasty hotel. Ring around the already dirty tub. Hairs on sink and towels. Tub drain was faulty.

The satelite was not working they had no clue when it would be repaired & did not seem to have any urgency regarding the matter.

i have stayed here several times before, but this time room was dirty. Cigarette butts and trash under bed and on floors. trash on dresser. iron not working. bathroom wasn't clean appropriately. Room was foul smelling

Terrible experience - toilet clogged with FULL OF soiled toilet paper (might be from a previous customer). I called front desk, she said I have to do it myself with a a plunger located at TRASH room. - hand sink totally no hot water - shower no hot water during peak hours 5 to 7pm. I did talk to first shift manager about my horrible experience during my check out. She said her boss will reimburse or give me a discount for next time visit But I told her I willl not come back to this hotel. I just want the hotel owner know how bad their management is and definitely their business will come to an end if no problem solved.

Bed wasn’t a queen bed and the mattress was hard as concrete

We found the floors and carpet filthy. The bottoms of our feet were almost black after a few hours in there. We were awakened to a big fat cockroach running across Mom's neck at 3 am. Big problem! Hotel Staff didn't care. Nobody came to see about it the next day. Total disappointment!

To start things off, the Hotel Staff were accomodating over the phone. They were quick to answer any questions. That is, until I requested my rooms to be placed on the quite side of the building. There was no willing cooperation to meet those needs, as I would have an 8 month baby and a 91 year old grandma in one of our rooms. When we arrived, we had no problem checking in, and despite the musty smell, the rooms seemed to be decent enough. The beds were made and seemed to be clean, but the linens didn't smell fresh at all. Then we noticed how dirty the floors were. The carpet left the bottom of our feet almost black after walking around a bit . And then, at 3am in the morning, I get a call from the other room to come HELP!.... ROACHES! One crawled across the neck of my guest in the other room and woke her out of a dead sleep. Not just any roach mind you, a BIG roach. We could tell by the size of the leg it left in the bed. I went and found a can of RAID in the employee break room, because the staff didn't have access to cleaning supplies. We proceeded to spray and try to clean that room for over 2 hours. And yes, we found several more roaches. With not so much as an "I'm Sorry" from the Staff. Wouldn't dream of ever trying another one of these hotels!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Before arriving to the hotel, John called me to let me know he had sold 1 of 2 of the rooms that I had reserved to someone else. All the hotels near the area was booked. So my friends and I had no choice but to sleep 6 people in one room. Horrible customer service!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. For starters, it took 15 mins for the water to get hot in the shower. Secondly, there was a blood stain on my pillow case. Called and asked for anther pillow and was informed they were out of pillows but had pillow cases. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Terrible experience and terrible hotel

It was nice. The room was clean. Just need thicker blankets

roaches
