The shower had no pressure. The blanket was filled with mole as well as the air conditioner. The dresser doors was messed up the bathroom vanity was leaking

Great location and the free airport shuttle made my trip easy. The staff is super friendly and very professional. I enjoyed my stay, next time I am in NOLA this is my place!
They never cleaned the room in 3 days we put the garbage can out they took it never brought back towels were not replenished or washed coffee in room.was never refilled so had to go downstairs every morning annoying
I did not like it when a customer asked the front desk if he could leave his room while guaranteeing (he sounded congested). He was told yes and he went to the hotel bar. The lady at the front desk could improve her customer service a bit, such as eye contact, smile, and short 'small talk"... not even a "enjoy your stay"
Room 712 was very disappointing it was water damage near the windows the tub and bathroom was very disappointing tbh I didn’t take a shower in the room my entire stay I went to family and used their bathroom the towels had previous dirt on them and I was completely grossed out. The staff was very pleasant how ever the conditions of the hotel disappointed myself and my spouse considering we traveled all the way from Florida :(

I like the location and amenities of the hotel. I have stayed at this Double Tree a few times and my only complaint this time was that the complimentary cookies were hard and there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway located by the side entrance.
Close to airport. Room service. Easy parking. Need better cleaning of the floors in rooms and halleays. Watch peeling around window frames.
This was not up to the usual Doubletree standards - seemed more like a 2.5 star. But staff was friendly. Bathroom floor was filthy in our room. Cookies were yummy as always!
The room we stayed in 319 had the most uncomfortable beds. (I mentioned to the staff, hoping they will pass along to fix the issue)The light in the shower was falling down. The water didn't get hot enough for us.
