I didn't like the fact that this property had no sound proof windows especially since it's located right by the airport. The MATRESS was absolutely uncomfortable, no good. The room I was in, the bed had a big dip in the middle of it and I could feel the bed springs. Needs to be trashed!! Worst nights sleep ever!
Parking lot was dirty. Elevator extremely slow and only 1 was working. Inside the room was ok.

I enjoyed the stay, the only thing I had a problem with was the parking.

My alarm clock did not work. The USB ports did not work. The WIFI did not work. The breakfast consisted of a waffle maker and you had to prep your own waffles yourself.
Phone did not work bathroom dirty and only half roll of tissue. Shower rod about to fall off wall. When microwave was in use it cut off refrigerator.
Shabby.
Clean and safe. No restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast ran out of coffee cups and milk. Lined up transport to airport. Was ok for a stay before a morning flight.

The hotel staff were very nice,the hotel was clean, BUT there was prostition going on and drugs being sold outside.

When I arrived, the computers where not working and the staff were unable to check me in for about 45min, so I had to sit in the lobby. The young lady behind the desk was very good working feverishly to find me a room. She did a great job. The computers? Not so much.
