Very convenient to airport and shuttle to and from was fine. However, since there is not a restaurant on property, you have to take a cab or UBER to a restaurant. Then trying to get a cab back to the hotel is a major challenge. Breakfast was so so but okay. Room was up to date and comfortable. Staff was nice.
There waa extremely limited parking, the back parking lot was taped off. The hotel room had old furniture, you couldn't sit in the chair because all the leather had been torn off, in the bathroom the mirror had rust and dirt all over it. There were only sheets on the bed I had to request for a comforter. There was a loud party group and disturbed people trying to see

I made a mistake when made the reservation, and I asked to change from two bed to one king size and they did not want.

When we arrived, the elevator was out of order. We were put on the 4th floor. We were shown the stairs which were accessed by going outside in the rain and back into the stairwell. I have a heart condition and it very hard for me to climb stairs, let alone FOUR flights, dragging a large suitcase. An elderly guest asked the front desk lady to help us with our luggage but she shook her head and said she couldn'y carry that luggage and neither could the male employee. She said we could leave it in the lobby. In the room, the drapes were barely hanging on. You could not close them and there was a huge light pole with 3 huge lights attached shining right into our room. It was raining and the windows leaked so much that we had to turn off the a\c unit in case of it causing a fire. We laid towels down on the cill and unit to catch the water. They were soaked! The front desk said could send somebody to look at it but there was nothing they could do about it anyway. We had to catch a shuttle at 3:30 am and once again use the stairs. Having had to use the stairs so many times, I was left breathless and exhausted each time. Not to mention that my daughter's 2 children were in tow. This was the very worse stay I have ever had! A refund should be given.
Staff is very friendly! Very family like. The elevators when checking out were out of order, but they did have someone fixing them. Overall, pleasant stay.
