Staff very friendly and helpful

When we first got there to check in, our receipt amounts did not match, and the front desk clerk had no answers for me. Then, when we got to our room, one of the beds was not fully made, and the door was opened, and when I asked why they didn’t have an answer.. Also online it doesn’t show that continental breakfast wasn’t available so when we got there, we were told that it was a grab and go breakfast, but the next day would be a full continental breakfast, and it was not until our last two days there and we were there for nine days playing in a pool tournament at the casino. We had to keep on getting multiple room keys for our room 117 because every time I would go to use it it would not work the beds definitely need to upgrade . And we had random people walking by knocking on our doors, and nothing was done about it also for the fool. Nine days no one knocked asking us if we needed towels or toilet paper or trash taken out we had to ask for it so overall the state was just OK and this is probably the sixth time we have stayed at that property and it’s never been that bad. Please reach out to me because I would love to talk about my experience.

If you sleep with a sound machine this is the place for you. If you don’t it’s so freaking loud. I can hear people talking casually in their rooms as I walk the hallways. Complete conversations as I waited for the elevator. Not the most pleasant if people want to have sex because all y’all would hear them! I was on the third floor, so a lot quieter than down below. The rooms have hard wood or fake wood but it makes it feels cleaner but louder. The doors let in light and noise from people walking by. If you need quiet to sleep this is not the hotel for you! Food was old, the eggs and sausage I ordered. It was crunchy sausage and dry eggs. Not pleasant. Staff was great and very friendly. The remodeled look is so nice. My room was huge and nice. I enjoyed the end a lot and slept way better than I normally do on a vacation night! I use a sound machine so that helps a lot.

Very friendly staff. The pool was great (we had it all to ourselves wich was cool ) and the hottub was nice. Clean room but metal spring style uncomfortable beds. The "breakfast" was a joke. Its a granola bar or tiny prepackaged muffin and the view is either a ditch or a bank. But it's in a good location so overall a draw. Not great, not terrible.

My only real complaints are,for the cost of that room, a real breakfast bar would be nice and some premium channels on their cable offerings. The staff was amazing and probably deserve a raise.

This location has fantastic rooms for families; one bedroom with king- front room with two twin. Nice, spacious setup. Pool was great. Spa was unavailable. Continental breakfast consisted of muffins and coffee at the front desk.

Nice place!

Overall experience was great with the exception that one of our rooms wasn't ready in our arrival due to house keeping running behind. Not a huge deal. Would certainly stay there again.

Good

Loved the salt water pool and setting. One bedroom suite spacious. Will stay again.

I would stay again

Arrived there expecting the pool and hot tub to be available but they were not. And the "breakfast" was literally mini muffins and nutri grain bars and thats it. Everythingnelse was fine.

Thr pool area was closed. They did not share thar on orbitz. I was very disappointed

The staff was really friendly ,nice rooms and comfy beds, nice big tv, will definitely be staying there again in the near future.
