I loved how easy it was to find everything! The property has large patches of land that are completely empty. A lot of wasted space to fill!

The cabana options by the pool. The restaurants in close proximity to each other. Need a little more activity at night; karaoke, dancing, or shows that engage everyone, steel drum band.

This is my second time at a Royalton Resort and I am even more disappointed then my first Royalton visit. First time in Mexico and now In Antigua. Royalton lost its ways it doesn’t care for quality but rather quantity! They are under staffed and therefore everything takes 3 x the time. Such as rooms not cleaned till about 4 pm! You go to eat expect a 45 minute wait for apps and another 45 minutes for the mail course. The food selection was poor! I don’t usually leave feedback but I was very disappointed and will NEVER DO A ROYALTON AGAIN. The staff were super nice they really tried but they were just short staffed.

Whatever you do, please do not listen to the bad reviews! Royalton Antigua was beyond words. Just to mention a few names, but Tony, Khem, Safiya, Toyann, Jeshua really made this experience worthwhile. I went to celebrate my birthday and my mother called ahead so that the room would be decorated upon our arrival. We were treated like royalty. Drinks in our hands as soon as we stepped onto the property, asked to sit down to enjoy the views while we waited on a golf cart to escort us to our room. Everyone was so friendly! Something you don’t see everyday. I had read a lot of bad reviews before heading out there and I can honestly say I did not experience not one bad thing while being there. Everything was up to par and the resort was completely renovated. And please, while you’re out there, rent a cabana on the beach. My mother rented one out for me on my birthday and it was just great vibes!! Please come visit.

Our room had no AC the entire time we were there. They kept telling us everyday they were going to fix it and never did.

Three months after we are still waiting for a refund of 6 unused nights. The management is simply awful and they lie to your face. This place is totally

Very nice beach. Service pretty awful everyday. Lack of supplies and nothing on menus in stock. Bell boy never showed up to room..had to walk our own luggage across entire property because he was MIA

The customer service was excellent..We went to celebrate my best friend birthday and it was absolutely breathtaking .. not only was the treatment superb, the food was delicious, the pool area is great they had jet skis and different actives for you to do.. there is no crimes in Antigua so we also ventured off the premises to experience the locals.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE ROYALTON ANTIGUA !!! You have been warned. I travelled to the Royalton Antigua from May 9th-16th with the intentions of creating positive ever-lasting memories with my significant other. Instead, I now have memories from the vacation from hell that caused us nothing by pain and anguish. Here is a synopsis of my experience during this trip. Day # 1- We arrived early (around 1:30pm) we were seen by a staff member within 30 minutes and were told to grab lunch and to come back at 3pm (which was expected). We returned at 3pm and checked-in within 30 minutes. At this point we were elated because we thought we were able to relax the remainder of the day, boy was I WRONG. While unpacking our clothing in the room, the bellboy opens our door and is stunned by the fact that we were inside this room. Shortly thereafter, we receive a call from the front desk, whom informed us that we received the wrong room and we must pack up our belongings and meet them at the front desk. We returned to the front desk and waited a few hours before they were able to sort things out. Ultimately, they kept us in the same room and apologized for wasting 3 hours of our life. We return to the room in an attempt to relax again. We decide to order room service because we were too exhausted to leave our room, so we placed the order through the TV. We waited hours upon hours only to receive NOTHING. We finally called the front desk, at which point we were informed by the front desk
