Horrible staff , worst resort I’ve been to . Everyone would roll their eyes when we needed or asked for something. All the kids got a GI “bug” . Not much for the kids to do . No music blasting near the pool area , no food available for a few hours a day . Bag of chips was $16 . Don’t go there. I don’t leave reviews but I felt obligated this time .

Beautiful pools and beach. Staff was great. Plenty of things to do on site. If you don’t get Diamond club you will have problems making dinner reservations.

Beautiful view

The location on the bay is amazing. The food was just okay and the staff at the front desk was unhelpful. They put us in a king bed even tho we booked and confirmed a “queen double junior suite with bay view. “ the front desk said doubles with bay view didn’t exist. Then why are they listed. When asked if we could have a double they said none available and to “keep checking back.”

The property was very pretty and clean, but the amenities at this Royalton are extremely pale in comparison to the Royalton in Jamaica, which was absolutely amazing! Especially the room accommodations.

Resort is nice , the staff were very helpful and caring but the food was very bad I had to step off the resort to find good food .

Amazing time at Royalton Antigua Resort & Spa! Beautiful property, From checkin to checkout.. the rooms & staff, absolute pleasure. Staff went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was delightful, with the greatest attitude, helpful, & always available. Our room was wonderful, spacious, & always clean. Food was exceptional, many choices - Steak House, Italian, American, great spread daily at the Buffett, Sports Bar, Nibbles by the Beach, Room Service, & of course a delicious Caribbean Restaurant! Never ran into an issue finding something delicious for my kids. They loved it all! We honestly loved everything about Royalton Antigua, But our best memories were created alongside the VIBE TEAM! Our very first day we met Shane. He was so friendly to our family & made us feel instantly welcomed! Shane- Thank you for putting a smile on our faces everyday & thank you for our beautiful gifts, we are so thankful to have met you! We’d like to thank Natalia (Coco) for being so sweet to our girls, for the good times & great conversations. Rukila for entertaining our girls & helping them make beautiful bracelets. Scott, thank you for going out of your way - he got fresh aloe vera for our kids to use as after sun gel & we are so grateful for that! Tawanda did it again the next day to make sure their skin remained hydrated! Staff at swim up bar - you guys rock! And big shout out to Vanessa for making us feel VIP the entire time! We look forward to visiting again!

Everything was fine .

I loved how easy it was to find everything! The property has large patches of land that are completely empty. A lot of wasted space to fill!

The cabana options by the pool. The restaurants in close proximity to each other. Need a little more activity at night; karaoke, dancing, or shows that engage everyone, steel drum band.

This is my second time at a Royalton Resort and I am even more disappointed then my first Royalton visit. First time in Mexico and now In Antigua. Royalton lost its ways it doesn’t care for quality but rather quantity! They are under staffed and therefore everything takes 3 x the time. Such as rooms not cleaned till about 4 pm! You go to eat expect a 45 minute wait for apps and another 45 minutes for the mail course. The food selection was poor! I don’t usually leave feedback but I was very disappointed and will NEVER DO A ROYALTON AGAIN. The staff were super nice they really tried but they were just short staffed.
