Clean facility, staff friendly and accompanying. Transportation to and from airport quick and friendly. Our room the AC was not working and staff sent a person to look at the AC within 10 min… the AC was frozen and they were able to put us in another room with working AC quickly.

There is a restaurant/bar but it was closed by time I got in after 10pm. Bed was comfy but hall was noisy. Staff was super excellent!!!!! Didn’t care for the shuttle drop off to pick up my rental car the next morning with no instruction just drop and go.

I was charged $70.00 for parking and there wasn’t another car in the parking lot that had the orang parking sticker in their window. Happy hour was a joke. You didn’t have any crown Royal, said they were out.You charging $4.00 for a draft beer. That ain’t happy hour where I come from. That’s probably why everyone was going else where to do their drinking.

The only thing good about our stay was the breakfast which you have to pay for and the ability to park and fly which you pay extra for as well. Would stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel was very nice and employees very helpful - even if they didn't all speak english. I wish there had been a net by the pool since there were aome debris and dead bugs. And the hotel restaurant had an extremely limited menu (which did not match the online menu by the way). But overall i give it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.
