Spent 40 minutes on hold trying to get transportation to hotel. Had to go through 800 number and several others before getting response from hotel front desk. This was the ONLY issue. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The morning shuttle ran on time.
I stayed on the second floor but the lobby smells it maybe mold or water damage smell. Second floor smells. I wasn’t happy at all.

Cleanliness and Conveniently located by the airport is what I liked most. Having to pay for parking and no grab bag breakfasts is what I liked least.
