Hilton New Orleans Airport

This was just a one night stay but I would stay longer. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Thank you!

As my boyfriend put it "we are paying for a nice hotel but getting a rat hole". Hotel staff was nice and the airport not use didn't bother us but the rooms were dingy and there seemed to be a lot we had to pay for in addition (internet, parking).

Understaffed! Computer didn't work. Parking in gated lot was awkward to get in and out with room card for a short woman with short arms! Floors in room were not clean. Dust in corners, crud on bathroom floor. Sink was cracked. Shower was awkward to work and did not put out much water. So disappointed!

From the minute I opened the room it just didn't seem clean. Then as I went to the phone to call room service, I saw the filthy phone and from then on was hesitant to touch anything. The corners & crevices of the bathroom weren't clean either. Room was outdated which was not a problem but there is NO excuse to not have a clean room!

It was a good experience it was convient for me to over night stay to be dropped off by your hotel shuttle service to caught my 6am flight next. Morning. I always have a great experience when I use your hotel for overnight accommodation to catch the next morning flight. I live 2 1/2 hours away from New Orleans and it's makes my trip easy and comfortable getting a good night rest before travel as a minister.

Not the typical Hilton that you would expect. Stay at the Holiday Inn

This hotel is conveniently located across from the New Orleans' airport.

This was my first visit to the New Orleans area and I will definitely be returning. The staff of this hotel were very accommodating and anticipated my needs. The driver, Carlton was my first impression and did an absolutely wonder job at making me feel welcomed even before I got to the hotel. The room was more than comfortable and very clean! I look for that even over price when selecting where I stay and Hilton didn't disappoint. I recommend this hotel and will myself be a future guest.

I stayed by the airport for an early am flight. Staff were very nice and shuttle is convenient. However, room had a musty odor and was not very clean (food in fridge from someone else).

It was a decent hotel. Could use a little updating but was a good room for the night. I did expect more from a hilton.

Let's start on a positive note: the staff couldn't be nicer and for a soul stranded at the airport with a cancelled flight the location is perfect. The rest is all downhill! This facility is long overdue for renovation, everything is shabby, paint falls off the walls, furniture won't make the cut at a Motel 6 and my first room smelled pet urine. All the ingredients for a depressing night are there, including room service taking over an hour (but then even here the kindness of the staff makes-up for the inefficiency of the facility!). Next time I take a taxi downtown and look for a less convenient location and have a meal in Burbon street!

Great enjoyed every moment my girl and I for Mardi Gras....

It was an overall good experience.only complaint was there wasn't enough lighting in the room.

This hotel is fine, but for the price that you're paying, you may as well stay somewhere with better amenities. There is no free breakfast, and the wireless is 10 dollars a day. On top of that, to get downtown, you either take two buses, which takes over one hour or pay a pre-set 33 dollars for a cab. The room itself was fine, but in need of a renovation - the bathroom looked like it was 20 years old.

This is a very nice hotel close to airport very prompt on check-in process. We were suprised that no hairdryer in the room.We felt breakfast should be provided at no charge .

Overall, this was adequate. We had filled out the form for breakfast to be delivered at 7 AM. We did not receive our meal on time. Since we had to be at family funeral at 9, we were counting on that breakfast to sustain us during a long and trying day. I was disappointed, even though they finally brought us coffee and breakfast snack around 8. Needless to say, by the time the service was over, it was almost 1 PM, and we were feeling famished. I was counting on the usual fine service the Hilton usually provides, but I was disappointed this time.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Free shuttle from the airport was a great feature.

Nice hotel but too far from downtown. If you don't mind paying 33 dollars for a cab ride back and forth downtown then you won't mind staying here.

Couldn't have asked for any better... very comfortable and relaxing.... Wonderful location .

We needed something by the airport. This hotel was right across the street. Perfect. The hotel was great. Beds and pillows were perfect.
