Clean and comfortable. Room had a slightly sour odor, but no question we'd stay again.
The staff were great. The room not so much the air conditioner was way up high so had to get a chair to stand on to adjust. Small TV one nice thing the bed was comfortable so had a great night sleep and it was very quiet,
Overall it was a good stay
folks it's not safe to stay here if you're NY, the motel doesn't want you it was made clear to me, there are homeless and mentally ill living here that will threaten and curse you out, management does not care and will always side with their understaffed employees, they'll kick you out for no reason and threaten you with police, thunder struck roof past weekend and all power A/C went out on the hottest weekend, leaks everywhere, I felt very unsafe because they call a very old untrained unprofessional maintenance guy there a "manager" who is very condescending and hostile to begin with, no training in customer service skills, you will be treated like crap, they just don't care for the people that choose to pay to stay at this property, this used to be Econolodge so imagine the demoralized mindset of the past employees who now have no idea how to deal with higher-scale clientelle, very unwelcoming place with lots of credit card theft, owner has no clue what they're doing, on my way out there three police cars that pulled up to the front to investigate a crime and hallways fights between the homeless people, book at your own risk
Very nice property
Very nice people nice service
The property is a bit outdated, but the rooms are spacious and the bathroom was recently updated. Lots of movie channels, but my main complaint was that there were almost no open outlets to plug chargers into, and none near the bed. I had to plug my phone into the only open outlet in the bathroom to charge it. They really need to buy those lamps that have power outlets in the base or those multiple outlet things that sit on the desk or the bedside stand that a lot of older hotels have.
The door wouldn’t lock . The room was dirty and the staff was horrible
Very Hot in room and no TV.
It was everything you could want and expect for the price. If your vacationing on a budget it is evèrything you want. Even has an IHOP in the lobby.
Clean, comfy bed, hot water and very quiet. Just what was needed for working and traveling.
Great Place for the pice i Paid...... super clean
Staff was very helpful ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Hotel was a emergency shelter during our stay. Felt like we were not taken care of. Some guest very rude and swear allot and angry in lobby, elevators and parking lot. Unfortunate setting but feel for the hurricane victims.

HI Deborah,First, thank you for your praise on our staff...they try very hard to make sure our guests experiences are positive ones. Sorry about the AC issue. We have two rooms like that and it is unfortunate. Structurally, we wish we could change that, but we can't. But again...thanks so much for the review!
