For a hotel, it was okay but not elite. You walk to your room and you can see a lot of vacant rooms available. Usually, a great hotel has every room booked. They have no restaurant, which is definitely not great. The hotel key didn’t work and had go back and get one 2x. Asked for help from an employee who shrugged his shoulders and continued to not pay me any attention. There is a one good thing about the place and that’s the lady who worked at the front desk.

The property was beaufiful,u can c the vity from the balcony

close to the area where we want to be. the only problem is no bar and restaurant or store inside where we can easily access what s needed,

The place stunk like stale or old water damage, the lobby & room. Had myself, husband & 2 daughter in a double queen room and only had 2 sets of towels to bathe

Obviously an older hotel and not at all super nice. It is basic and clean.

The layout of the 2 queen suite room was perfect for our family (3 kids under 5).

Hotel OK for price. There's a lot of construction workers who stay there. Not my standards and last time staying there. Breakfast not many choices. Pool wasn't clean very cloudy.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Easy access to the mall and restaurants.

Pros: separate sitting area and sleeping area, good breakfast bar, nice layout, very friendly staff, Cons: furniture was outdated and looked dirty (didn't sit on couch I need room), exterior bathroom out of toilet paper

Staff was very nice. However, there was a roach in the bathroom shower as soon as we walked in. The bathroom door wouldn't completely close. The handle on the inside of the bathroom door was rusty and broken. Also, there were no sheets/blankets/pillow available for the sleeper sofa. However, they were accommodating by allowing us a late check out on Sunday.

The customer service was nice at the front desk upon my check in, the next morning went to breakfast, it was disappointing the eggs were over cooked, the grits were runny!!! In Louisiana how are the grits runny??? I’m confused , no waffle maker not many choices at all the coffee was good. I asked the hostess did they have any fruit I got an abrupt no. I like to stay in places that offer breakfast that is 1 less meal that I have to worry about on vacation. The next morning after a good sleep, the beds are comfortable I go to the bathroom, there are 2 roaches in the bath tub near the drain and I took a photo. I don’t expect to pay to stay at a place with roaches. The location and the look of the hotel were nice, but I definitely will not stay there or any other Wyndham Garden hotel chain again, they have a lot to work on.

The internet didn’t wok the two days I was there The food was horrible Hard burnt biscuits gravey was like water with no flavor this was the second day first day they had no biscuits and the worker was cleaning and taking food away rushing me I arrived at 10:15 so I guess she wanted to close it down I want stay here again Deb hull

As we walked into the room, there was a very strong odor of bleach and we found a jug of insecticide on the counter. I took the jug to the front desk and politely asked for another room. We got the room next door to the first one. I will not be using this site again.

nice experience with convenient access to restaurants and shopping.

Super convinience nice, staff very profesional. Our family were in the hotel in our way to drop our daugther to the unviersity LSU. Arrived in the afternoon after a long drive from weston florida.
