The rooms were huge. Very spatious.

Felt right at home

Excellent

The hotel was apparently highly understaffed. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the unstaffed front desk before we could begin the process of checking in. When they came, at 6pm, we were told that our room was not ready so we waited for another 20 minutes before we could check in. The brown bag breakfast was near to inedible. We were very disappointed with our stay and will not be returning.

DON’T STAY HERE! Found a huge roach coming out of my sprinklers

Beautiful, clean facility! Staff was very helpful. Great location

Stay was great. Great staff and nice bar. Pool was a little cold

Loved the lobby! Great space to enjoy the team dinner. Parking was easy. The kids loved the pool. Wish it had a hot tub then I would have been in heaven!

The rooms are large. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was extremely friendly and customer service oriented.

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly; however the lady at the front desk couldn’t find my Hilton honors number even with my name, pho # and email?

I only stayed one night, although I had intended to stay 3. This was no fault of the hotel as my client cancelled my classes at the last minute. I was concerned I was going to be charged for the full time period I had reserved, but the front desk was really nice and only charged the one. That makes a huge difference to me when I am traveling for business. The room is spacious and the bed is as comfortable as mine at home. The only tiny issue I had was that I didn't feel all my toiletries that the hotel usually supplies was left in my room. It is certainly not a deal breaker, but had I stayed the full time I would have talked to housekeeping about that issue. The breakfast was very good and prepared to my tastes. I am not a buffet person, so I was glad I could order off a menu. All in all, if I went back to New Orleans, I would definitely stay at this facility.
