Excellent location walking distance to downtown locations, government buildings, restaurants and attractions. Indigo was clean, has a modern decor, and friendly staff. The staff was very accommodating to my personal needs regarding the reservation. The room and premises have beautiful natural light. I am looking forward to staying at Indigo again.
I loved the view, the friendly staff and the fact that there was an in house diner where we could order up to our room. Possibly the best hotel experience I've ever had.

Great location and signature Indigo vibe but things fell apart when problems arose. Our AC unit was crazy loud so they sent someone up to fix it. He was very nice but when it became clear he needed to order parts they moved us to another room. Not a king view room, like we had, but two double beds up against the wall and crane your neck to see the river room where the AC was also noisy but they said they were sold out and it was the only room Available. This would have been ok, but half an hour later we were at the desk ( while they searched for a restaurant list that no one could find) when a guest walked in without a reservation and was told " no problem, we can get you in tonight." It felt like an Orbitz customer just wasn't their priority. No apology, no " breakfast is on us", just a bill for $20 under the door for parking when we woke up. Maybe they make more with non Orbitz guests, but the guest experience shouldn't reflect that.
We were very happy with our room at Hotel Indigo. Our only issue was that even though we loved the double shower set up in the bathroom the drain wasn't efficient and the water backed up in the stall. Overall it was a good experience!
The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. I will recommend it to others.

Stayed here overnight during the weekday. Great location in the heart of downtown. Very elegant and suprisingly large room. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Checkout was at noon which was great after having a few cocktails that night. I would definately stay here again for any function in or near the downtown Baton Rouge are.
We spent one night at the Hotel Indigo so we could celebrate our anniversary without driving worries. Our room was small but nicely appointed and extremely clean. The hotel location is excellent for enjoying the downtown bars and restaurants.
The rooms were great and perfectly located. Since our meeting location was only 400ft away, the convenience of getting from accommodations to location were amazingly easy.
Staying at the Hotel Indigo was lovely. It had everything we needed.
1 block from 3rd street night life. Spanish Town Mardi Gras parade goes right by the hotel. Walk to state capitol. Valet parking only. Rooms are small, Great view of river from the top of Shaw Center, and good restaurants there.
The location is excellent, the staff was great, the downtown area was very unexpected. Everything you need is within walking distance. Fine dining, bars and clubs, and a wine bar all really close by. Right on the parade route too.

Our apologies for giving you a less than satisfactory experience. We dropped the ball on our opportunity to recover and should have given you some kind of recompense for your inconvenience. Orbitz guests are just as important to us as non Orbitz guests and we are sorry you felt there was a difference. We would like for you to give us another chance in the near future.
