Room was beautiful and location was awesome. Rug was a little gross, but it was right below the coffee maker, so not surprised. Frustrated with the maid service not restocking the room with towels or cream/ sugar when they came through. Staff was super nice and helpful when we needed things.

1) Bed is uncomfortable, every time you move the bed makes a noise, felt like I was in a bed at camp. 2) most, not all, of your front desk staff were more interested in engaging one another than your guests 3)your ac unit is as loud as an airplane 4)This Indigo property isn't close to other Indigo properties 5) There were a few items, simple items really (coffee, coffee maker, etc) that I requested additional re-supply....I asked several times and the items never arrived
