Just add a night light to the pool area but everything else was perfect
Close to Tiger Stadium and several businesses. Great for longer stays with full kitchen including cooking utensils, regular size fridge and even has dishwasher. Great view of garden area (our room).
We loved the property! However, breakfast was a HUGE letdown. It's not a buffet at all and it was very limited. Someone served us in a to-go box and there was not even toast, just plain white bread. Literally 2 tablespoons of scrambled eggs... Besides breakfast we were extremely satisfied!
My room was a great size w/comfortable furnishings. Loved having the kitchenette although I didn't need it this time. Breakfast was good with great options. I also liked the comfortable room where breakfast was served. The attached bar/restaurant was good too!

Hotel has everything you need for 1 day or extended stay. Short distance to the LSU campus and close to good restaurants.
Stayed for one night. Hotel was clean and was within walking distance to football and baseball stadium.

I chose the Staybridge because of their proximity to the event that I was in town for. I was participating in a race, and my family was there to support me. They were able to walk to the event on the LSU campus and didn't have to get ready so early and leave with me. However, we didn't get to sample the complementary breakfast at the hotel because on Saturdays, it doesn't begin until 7:30 while the race began at 7:15. I asked if they could put some food out for my family to grab on their way out since they begin breakfast at 6:30 on weekdays, but I was told "no." You would think they would cater to their guests when they are all staying there for the same event.
Good for a one night stay and good variety for breakfast. The price was the best we could find for a Holiday compared to the other decent hotels in town. On the bad side the pool was very small and the toilet didn't flush properly and after calling maintenance and have them worked on it it was not fixed.
From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out our experience was excellent. I walked around shocked most of the time because of the friendliness of the staff, the attention to detail & the cleanliness of the hotel. Each time we entered the hotel from one of our excursions, someone at the front desk greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fresh & hot every morning. The room was clean & comfortable. They have reminded me of what superior customer service is!
For the $$$ you couldn't do better once the genial staff moved us from a double to a king-size suite. All it took was asking nicely.
This place is outstanding...and we've stayed in a lot of hotels/motels. First class spacious room(s), generous breakfast, happy hour snacks, staff. It's all the best in the US. bm

This is awesome. Loved the location to be at LSU early. Nice shops nearby. Great breakfast. Room very comfortable. Used fitness room. Overall everything was first class, and will stay again.
