We would like a full refund for the rooms we booked. AC did not not work in one of the rooms. Blood was in the sink in one room. Towels were dirty. Roaches were climbing on the curtains. Very nasty

If I hadn't been desperate for a temporary place while waiting for my apartment I'd never have stayed here. Right from the beginning it was so unprofessional. At check-in the front desk girl was shoving food in her mouth while talking to me and then she answered her phone before we'd completed the process and was talking to her friend while we were discussing my personal information. Upon entering my room, which I specifically asked to be no smoking, I smelled the worst smoke odor. There was a stain on my bedspread that was very noticeable and whoever put it on the bed definitely saw it and left it there anyway. There were roaches in my room I discovered a few days before check out. Looks great online, but very unsanitary in person. I wish I could get my money back.
The front desk clerks weee rude, that includes day shift manager. The manager banged on our door Friday morning stating we needed to pay although our bill had been paid. Bacteria crud stuck on bed frame, thin spread, missing light fixtures, filthy carpet, and the shower curtain was dirty and on backwards.
I went to Baton Rouge to help with disaster recovery after severe flooding. A number of residents were families now homeless after flood. Everyone was polite, rooms and hallways quiet at night. The public areas were swept and cleaned daily, room was clean, new or well maintained fixtures, essentials but no extras, just what I needed. Staff was efficient and always helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant stay.
