The hotel service at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. However there were several opportunities for a better stay. The room itself looked and felt to only have been “spot cleaned”, the A/C unit did not work properly, at least one of the four elevators were out of service during the entire stay (each elevator only fit about 4-5 ppl so it was a huge inconvenience), and for a hotel that charges an extra for breakfast, the options were bland and limited
