I have stayed in Baton Rouge for years, but first time here, terrific! Typical Residence Inn. Very clean, staff wonderfully helpful. The breakfast spread was a little below par. The location however is the best. Close to LSU and you are literally very close walking distance (across the parking lot) to PF Changs, Flemings Steakhouse, Newks, whole foods and many other fine dining spots, also, upscale shopping. Great stay for me, must recommend.

I really enjoyed our room, upon arrival we were notified that our room was upgraded from a king suite to a two-bedroom suite. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. The refreshments in the lobby were delicious. Very nice area with many places to eat and shop.

Clean place, nice pool, lovely neighborhood, welcoming staff. Has laundry facility and enough parking. Nearby you'll find a Wallgreen store, shopping stores, not too far you'll find Walmart. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you guys out there.

While attending a family wedding we stayed for 3 nights back in April 2017. Reception were always there to give a friendly welcome or to wish you a good evening/night. We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, as that is what you're paying for and it's a great idea and not something we have in the UK, so my daughter was very pleased not to have to sleep on the sofa bed. Both bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped. Décor is a little dated but everything worked and was clean. Breakfast was great especially the self service waffle making machine, something to look forward to every day - brilliant. Catering staff were very friendly and helpful and always on hand if anything ran out or wasn't working. Would definitely stay here again. Location is excellent and on the outskirts of a lovely new shopping complex with a drive thru Starbucks across the way and a drive thru ATM, another thing we don't have in the UK.

We stayed at this location because it was close to our business meetings and I'm sorry to say I was somewhat disappointed. The bathrooms really need to be updated as well as the kitchen appliances. The tile in the shower/bathtub is cracked and it appears to have mold in it. The staff were really nice and they have nothing to do with the aging of the property. I just assumed in the Towne Center area the hotel would have been a little newer. It didn't stop us from staying! Oh, also we stayed on the 3rd floor, but apparently close to the large scale AC units and when they came on during the night I thought a tornado was outside and I had earplugs in!

Very good for the brand and we like residence inn. Plenty of parking. Several restaurant choices within walking distance. Got a courtesy upgrade to a two bedroom suite and it was very nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Been a while since we have been through Baton Rouge, had the Granddaughter with us this time so we reserved a two bedroom room. It was just what we needed. We took advantage of the full size fridge, microwave and the granddaughter loved the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Marriott!

This place is awesome! They were very accommodating and the rooms were very clean! I visited twice while on business and had no concerns! They have some evenings where they serve complimentary wine and beer and their breakfast is brilliant!

We used to travel and stayed many of nights in other residence inns. Our 1st hour here I killed a ROACH ! Room had alot of Dog or animals hair on carpet and couch etc. Room was not completely spotless but ok. There was never any one at front counter no matter the day or time. After travel and even living in these hotels for extended time this is the 1st to offer on samples or snacks at dinner service most offer meals 3x a week. Also breakfast at this residence was not very good some days cooking staff stood around talking instead of stirring food to keep from drying out. I stayed cheaper at residence inns that were so much better. Almost $200 a night here :(

We love staying in Residence Inns whenever available so when we found one near Towne Center - we were happy. Feels like a cute neighborhood - not a hotel feel. Love everything about this place - the kitchen in every unit - comfy beds - great staff just to name a few.
