Wasn't as clean as it could have been. The shower was very weak. Outlets didn't work.

The room was comfortable, a bit tight. The elevator and entrance was very dirty. I was awaken to early by maintanance repairing next rooms door at 8am. It couldve been done when awoke for breakfast. The staff was amazing and they were very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Communication between hotel staff and me as a guest could have been better; especially as a first time guest. This is a critical time of getting the guest buy in. For example, my husband and I had continuous problems with the key card. We'd leave the room and when we returned the key card or cards was/were certain not to work. We'd return to the desk and let staff know we could not get in our room. One thing they did was never complain about rekeying the card, which was a good idea. On the other hand, had they explained to us the high sensitivity of the key cards when they come in contact with electronic items such as the cell phones or the electric key pods for vehicles that the key cards will be wiped out, it would have saved us much frustration. Another thing I noticed was the lobby area of the hotel was being mopped in the middle of the day. In order to expedite drying the floor after it had been mopped, may I suggest fans be used and lowered to the floor. Otherwise the floors were wet longer and posed safety risk for guests. Staff cleaned the floors in the common area and the carpet in the rooms; however, I noticed the elevator carpet had dirt rocks on it. As a final suggestion, the pillows could be larger, and all hypoallergenic. Thank you.

Small issue with checking in as my daughter and I were traveling together but in different vehicles. We arrived at different times and they wouldn’t let her check in even with my approval. We had to change the reservation to her name to get her in. Inconvenient but it was resolved.

I needed a place to stay that was close to the airport and didn't want to pay $150 for a room that would be occupied for less than 8 hours. This is a decent hotel. Very convenient to the airport. I had a difficult time getting on their wifi - and I'm fairly tech savvy. Other than that, everything was fine. Nice, clean room and friendly staff.

Great hotel. Staff checked me in early and upgraded my room at no extra cost. Above and beyond customer service.

Will be coming bck it's a good place to stay d only thing needs improvement is d curtains and d water wasn't getting to hot

Traveled to Baton Rouge for a dear friends baby shower. This hotel is nothing fancy, but is less than 5 minutes from the airport and a good value for a short stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was AMAZING! The front desk clerks truly went above and beyond to assist me with any questions. Many amenities were lacking, but the staff more than make up for that.

Everything was alright but we did find a cockroach. The staff did deal with it accordingly.

Mardi gras Trip to New Orleans, just an hour drive from here, affordable shopping, awesome food and dining

The first time we stayed there it was very beautiful and pleasant. But the last time we stayed, we smelt nothing but animals and it was dog food in the corners of the room. And the air-condition wasn't working!!!

The hotel was disgusting....left over food and cigarettes in the room and I was charged for the cigarettes even though I'm a non smoker.

I thought this hotel would be fairly decent because it was right by the airport but I was wrong! We ended changing rooms 4 times! The rooms were in terrible condition and mildewed. The floors were wet and red stains were in each room. Other hotels were booked to capacity and we had no choice but to stay here for two nights. The staff were pleasant in spite of the nasty rooms. Staff walked us through the 4th room before we approved to the stay. They comped a night and apologized for the hassle.

Everything was nice. Good location as vicinity to LSU.

airport pick up is wonderful. Mr. Wills is the best chauffer, very polite , correct but pleasant!!!

Seriously you get what you pay for. I would never go there anymore after my first stay.

This hotel is in a great location. This hotel was also a good value. I was a young single guy with no children and limited funds when I stayed here. My situation has changed now so I wouldn't likely stay here now.

The floor was dirty, the light fixtures were falling apart. I asked for another room and I was told to try and find another hotel if I wasn't satisfied with the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.

I really was satisfied with my stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge Airport on Harding Blvd. in Baton Rouge, LA. The rooms were very clean and cold. The breakfast was nice. The service desk was courteous as well. Will stay there again when I return.

We stayed at this hotel for one night for a graduation in the area. We arrived around 9 on a Friday night, and when we got to our room there was a large wet spot in the middle of the bed. The air didn't work so it was very humid. After requesting a new room, we were moved to another room on the next floor. This room had what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains and on the bedspread. Rather than change rooms again, we just stayed in the room, but didn't use the comforter. We won't stay here again.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for bringing the outlet to my attention. I am also looking into the weak shower you described. This is not representative of our hotel and I assure you that I will get to the bottom of these issues. I am very sorry for your issues. AFoster-GM

Dear valued guest, I apologize for the delay in responding to your comments. Our guest feed back is very very important to us. I like your idea on the fans for the lobby being mopped. Our elevator gives me the blues sometimes. Ha Ha HA. You see we have a enormous guest base of contractors that always stay with us. Well those darn boots they wear tend to leave dirt everywhere they walk. The front desk monitors the elevator for just that, but there are so many that come and go. However we stay on it all day long. Larger pillows might be something we could do, and of course hypoallergenic. I hope you keep these ides coming our way! Thank you again, A Foster-GM
