Great hotel. Staff checked me in early and upgraded my room at no extra cost. Above and beyond customer service.

Will be coming bck it's a good place to stay d only thing needs improvement is d curtains and d water wasn't getting to hot

Traveled to Baton Rouge for a dear friends baby shower. This hotel is nothing fancy, but is less than 5 minutes from the airport and a good value for a short stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was AMAZING! The front desk clerks truly went above and beyond to assist me with any questions. Many amenities were lacking, but the staff more than make up for that.

Everything was alright but we did find a cockroach. The staff did deal with it accordingly.

Mardi gras Trip to New Orleans, just an hour drive from here, affordable shopping, awesome food and dining

The first time we stayed there it was very beautiful and pleasant. But the last time we stayed, we smelt nothing but animals and it was dog food in the corners of the room. And the air-condition wasn't working!!!

The hotel was disgusting....left over food and cigarettes in the room and I was charged for the cigarettes even though I'm a non smoker.

I thought this hotel would be fairly decent because it was right by the airport but I was wrong! We ended changing rooms 4 times! The rooms were in terrible condition and mildewed. The floors were wet and red stains were in each room. Other hotels were booked to capacity and we had no choice but to stay here for two nights. The staff were pleasant in spite of the nasty rooms. Staff walked us through the 4th room before we approved to the stay. They comped a night and apologized for the hassle.

Everything was nice. Good location as vicinity to LSU.

airport pick up is wonderful. Mr. Wills is the best chauffer, very polite , correct but pleasant!!!

Seriously you get what you pay for. I would never go there anymore after my first stay.

This hotel is in a great location. This hotel was also a good value. I was a young single guy with no children and limited funds when I stayed here. My situation has changed now so I wouldn't likely stay here now.

The floor was dirty, the light fixtures were falling apart. I asked for another room and I was told to try and find another hotel if I wasn't satisfied with the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.

I really was satisfied with my stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge Airport on Harding Blvd. in Baton Rouge, LA. The rooms were very clean and cold. The breakfast was nice. The service desk was courteous as well. Will stay there again when I return.

We stayed at this hotel for one night for a graduation in the area. We arrived around 9 on a Friday night, and when we got to our room there was a large wet spot in the middle of the bed. The air didn't work so it was very humid. After requesting a new room, we were moved to another room on the next floor. This room had what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains and on the bedspread. Rather than change rooms again, we just stayed in the room, but didn't use the comforter. We won't stay here again.

My stay at the Microtel Inn and Suites at Baton Rouge airport was just what I expected. In many ways this hotel was very basic, but it suited me fine. The building itself is quite nice and appears as new (or, maybe, recently renovated). The room was fine, the wi-fi worked well. I have even used the facilities at the wash/dry room there. Breakfast was pretty symbolic but it was there

Don't let the pictures online fool you... this place is old and dirty. Upon our arrival and checking in, the hotel staff was very rude to us, not welcoming at all. We were on a 2 week trip from city to city and we needed to do laundry here. We were informed that the "dryer was out of order and that it wasn't going to be fixed anytime soon". We had asked the lady if there were any laundromats in the area where we could do laundry. She told us she did not know of any, but she could maybe see if she could look into it. We never heard anything back. This hotel is also not in a very good area. It is right off of the interstate, which is nice, however, if you drive anywhere past the hotel (only takes 1 block), lock your doors because you might get robbed. In our search for a laundromat, we googled some nearby locations and put them into the GPS. Well... after arriving at the ones near our hotel, we quickly turned around and searched for other laundromats outside the area. We ended up driving to a location 45 minutes away from our hotel to get to a decent area where I felt our car would not be broken into. Aside from the horrible staff at the hotel, our room was dirty. The floors looked like they have not been cleaned/vacuumed in forever. The walls were dirty and had scuff marks all over them. When we turned on the lights, there was a weird humming noise that would not go away and the coffee pot was broken. The walls in the rooms are also very thin, so expect to hear every noise coming from the rooms next to you and hallways. The pillows on the bed were very flat/lumpy. I was sharing a bed with another person and there were only 3 pillows. Because they were very flat, we needed 2 each to sleep on. I proceeded to call the front desk and ask for an extra pillow. The lady on the phone told me, "I'm not sure if we have any, but let me check and see". click. About 15-20 minutes later, the phone rings and it is the same clerk. She tells me, "We found another pillow, but if you want it, you will have to come down and get it yourself". OK.... shouldn't you bring it up for us? I decided to go down and get the pillow from the front desk, but when I arrived, I couldn't not believe what I saw. This has got to be the most disgusting pillow I have ever seen. Now I know what took them 20 minutes from when I first requested the pillow... they were scrounging to find the grossest pillow they had. This thing was yellow, lumpy and smelled like an ash tray. I can't believe a hotel staff wouldn't have any extra pillows in case something happened to one in a room? Needless to say, I did not take the extra pillow. I've stayed at other Microtel hotels before that were very nice, however, I will never stay at another from this experience. Do not book this hotel... RUN!

Clean and affordable Close to airport and champion hospital Much less expensive than hilton or springhill
