I only had an issue when I returned to my room they weren’t any towels to bathe with, and when I called I didn’t get what was asked for, after 3 disturbing calls , I finally was satisfied, I was told they weren’t any bath mats available because they were full to capacity!

My stay was wonderful! Room was clean and quiet. It had everything i needed for my short stay. The only issue I had was when I checked in I inquired about the airport shuttle and informed them what time I needed to leave and I was told no problem call 30 minutes prior and the shuttle would be there. In the morning I did just that only to be told the driver wasn’t available until 30 minutes after I needed. So if you have an early flight may just want to arrange an uber because it took me 25 minutes to get one because of the time.
