staff was very friendly. Had issue with my extra protection safety lock on door screws were very loose when I made the front desk aware they offered to send the maintenance person to look at it he had already gone for the day. I stayed in the room that night then next morning the lock on the door was barely hanging on. I took pictures to show the staff the gentleman working the front desk immediately moved me to another room and had me email the corporate off still haven't heard from them. I stayed in a room that someone had apparently broken into and I was alone. That was scary and unsafe.
