Because of our schedule we only interacted with evening and overnight staff. Every single person was friendly and a real pleasure to meet.

Poor maintenance of outside areas
There was rust on every lamp stand and there were some stains on the walls and carpet. The shower looked like it needed a good scrubbing but otherwise everything was great! I would recommend and would stay again.
My room was in complete disrepair. The only overhead light in the room was so dark it was impossible to see and it was filled with dead bugs. The cabinet door in front of the refrigerator was broken, there was missing trim and open drywall, torn up carpet, a broken shower door missing a handle and it wouldn't close. There were carpet stains and the phone was covered in a sticky substance. It appeared to have never been cleaned. The gym was over 75 degrees with no fans at all. And the pool was filled with debris. When we went to pay for breakfast, the young man made change out of his pocket and the tip jar. There were kind people working there which was the only positive.
This place is TERRIBLE. Extremely dirty, no towels, filthy tubs, both elevators broken, gave away our rooms and placed us on the 5th floor with broken elevators. DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!

I liked my stay here. They make you feel safe knowing that there is a sticker on your room ensuring cleanliness. However when I checked in my towels were not restocked and the floor had not been vacuumed. I went to ask for towels only to find out they have a shortage on them and I was not able to get any. I had to wash up with a hand towel.
No amenities at all. It was also loud at night in the halls. The room also wasn’t as clean as I expected from a Hilton. Also the AC leaked water and soaked the carpet near the AC area. Disappointed and not what I’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand. I would think twice before staying at this location again.
Hospitality and customer service was excellent. I enjoyed the window scenery from the hotel. A little bit noisy in the very early morning hours.

The pool was full of leaves and trash and we had to ask them to clean it before we could swim. Also, we had to switch rooms because of no hot water only to learn that the whole hotel was having hot water issues.
The bathroom wasn't clean and did not have a fan. The AC was either too hot or cold and was very loud. Needs to be changed to a new one.
We New it was under renovations but this hotel was just gross... Smells funny trash all over the elevator floors. Looked like crap on the buttons to the elevator the pool was green and nasty and the hot tub only had trash and rain water a quarter full. From the time we checked in at noon there was a nasty dinner trey in the hallway by the time we left the next morning at 8am the same trey has been kicked a few times with ketchup everywhere and the trey in the middle of the hall still. This hotel is so nasty and not worth it ur money at all.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Had some minor issues with the staff but probably just a one-off thing.
