Secure parking. Right off of HYW 10 a few blocks. Restaurants very close by. Gas stations too. Excellent staff at evening check in. Nice exterior physical appearance. Room needs some maintenance and very worn desk chair replaced.

Nice comfortable room. Friendly staff. Convenient parking.

The staff are excellent, the location is convenient, the lobby and bistro are very nice, and the rooms are large with a working coffee maker, hair dryer, and nice, high end toiletries. My only complaint is that the room smelled as if the carpets had been recently shampoo'd and were still wet - sort of a mildewy, wet carpet, old bathroom kind of smell. My stay in Baton Rouge was for business so the room accomplished its task with flying colors but, I couldn't give it a 5 star rating.

Victor at front desk was very polite and professional. Very nice Lady night security came to try unclogging toilet. Quickly changed our room. Room rate way too high for small/old room. Very comfortable bed. Room quality vs price was not what you expect from a hotel with 'Marriott' in it's name. **No coffee in the lobby before 7;00am on weekends when you had to buy Starbucks.

My husband and I had the pleasure to stay here while out of state for a friend's wedding. The hotel was super clean with a friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. I also loved the interior decor. It was very apparent they put a lot of time planning the appearance and cleanilness of the facility. I am a germaphobe so for me to give any hotel two thumbs up is pretty rare. I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was suggested to me as part of a block for an event that I attended. The only thing was the block rate was actually higher than the Orbitz rate.

Lighting was poor in the bathroom. Bathtub peeling and old. Breakfast was chaotic. Two people working. Long line of people ordering. Table numbers given and a LONG WAIT! I gave up and left the hotel. Not a smart way to accommodate breakfast for guests.

Hotel was Great! Staff was friendly. Room was very neat and clean. Loved the indoor pool my kids had a great time being able to swim in the middle of February! Will return for future stay.

Stayed here for Bayou Superfest. Hotel was very comfortable, only downside (which I'm not complaining) was no shuttle.

Very comfortable hotel with lovely, updated lounge and dining area. Clean room, good size. Kids loved the cute indoor pool (though the concentrated chlorine fumes could have used some ventilation). Very close to interstate on-ramps without feeling like you're staying on the side of the road.

Loved it! Close shopping and great food! Can't wait to come back

The hotel was great! Staff great! Location great! Just would have liked a complementary breakfast for the money we paid for a one night stay. Would we stay again? Yes

After checking in to another hotel nightmare on our wedding night, we switched to this hotel. It was very clean, friendly and peaceful. The mini fridge was a nice touch, but it didn't seem too cold. Only a minor thing was that we were given two conditioners and no shampoo so I couldn't wash my hair. I'm sure if I had called, I could have gotten some to my room, but no big deal!

Decent hotel. Clean. No complaints. Friendly, helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast should be included for this type of hotel.

The only complaint is that the computer stations had only on PC operating and they had no local newspapers (The Advocate)available on either Saturday or Sunday

My daughter was having a medical procedure at a local Baton Rouge hospital, so we were looking for a hotel convenient to the hospital. Marriott Courtyard provided this and more. From the moment we registered to the time we left, we were treated with a friendly and helpful staff. We requested a room with disability access and the room was everything we were looking for. We were very comfortable and would recommend the Courtyard to all of our friends.

The staff was helpful and willing to accommodate. My room was in a quiet location, as requested. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the clean white bedding. Everything in the room was well maintained and worked properly. The blackout curtains, and having only lights from electronics that were not absolutely necessary during the night, assured a better night's rest. And, the mini-fridge made it easy for me to stay on my normal diet and save money. I was very pleased with my stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Baton Rouge.

Very friendly and helpful staff.lage and clean bedroom and bath room.

The traffic on the freeway and adjacent roads was omnipresent. It kept my wife awake all three nights we were there. When we inquired about changing rooms, we were told that we were in the quietest section of the hotel. We would have moved to a different hotel, but since it was the Christmas holiday, we thought that Christmas eve (our second night) would be quieter. It wasn't. Then we were sure that Christmas night would be very quiet. Wrong again. Otherwise the hotel was fine, the staff was friendly, but because of the location and proximity to the freeway and road traffic, we will seek another location in the future.

Great and friendly staff..would definitely stay again!!!!!!!
