I’m a resident of Baton Rouge and love to come downtown to stay at this hotel. This historical building is absolutely gorgeous. A must see for tourist and those such as myself who like to be a tourist in my home town.

We arrived at midnight having prepaid for 2 rooms--only to learn they'd oversold. We then had to walk a couple blocks to the Indigo--a lovely hotel that I do recommend.

Everything about our experience was perfect. Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location with a staff dedicated to serving your every need.

We love this hotel and overall enjoyed our stay. But, a big problem is that they didn't have the rooms ready until after five. They said they had a lot of late checkouts but seems like they should have said no to Kaye checkout on a day when there are a large number of people checking in for a ball in the area. The staff was very friendly but clearly overwhelmed. The facilities and the rooms are absolutely beautiful...will give them another chance!

great hotel, great location would definitely stay there again

Pretty new and well themed, the rooms are good sized with high ceiling. It has no coffee or tea bar. Restaurant downstairs is not very interested and equipped for room service but charges $10 service fee and 18% gratuity by default.

Booked a 2 bed suite but it was more like a regular room than a suite but it was still a nice room.
