This black and gold designer themed palace is an experience like no other! The New Orleans style home is a garden district replica that will definitely amaze you with its style and elegance. It's perfectly located 2.7 miles from downtown and LSU. This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is 2,300 sq ft and can absolutely handle large groups and families. It also includes 6 huge Smart Roku televisions that are located in each bedroom, living room, extra living area, and even in the kitchen!
The space
The entire space is yours! The large open floor plan includes the living room, dining, and kitchen. It's perfect for large gatherings. The master suite is privately located in the rear of the home. The second floor has a landing area/office space that have French doors that lead to the porch, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Both rooms have a rollaway bed in their spacious closets and a sofa bed is located in the extra living space.
