Honestly I dont know where to start... never again!

Our first room assignment was on the 2nd floor right above the mechanical room downstairs which caused a humming noise and caused the TV and dresser to vibrate. When we requested another room, they sent us to a room that had a bathroom in the midst of being remodeled and there were no fixtures (faucet, knobs, shower head, etc.). They then sent us to a third room that a faint smell of old shrimp (the rooms have a kitchenette). We gave up at this point, bought some Lysol spray and lived with it. It was only for a night, but frustrating when you’ve been traveling all day.
Please accept my sincere apology for the difficulties you encountered with your rooms. We appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention and assure you that corrective measures have been taken. Our team's first priority is making sure that every guest has a comfortable stay, and this time we really missed the mark. We truly regret the inconvenience it caused. convenient location to the places we were visiting
This hotel was at a good price, in a good location for the places we needed to be. It was an average hotel with average suites. The kitchen had no applicances or utencils or anything needed to cook with. It was in a word, Unremarkable.

minimal comfort for a cheaper rate
If working out of town and looking for a discounted hotel, this is a decent option...just don't expect much. No housekeeping (unless you want to pay an extra $10 per day), the breakfast is nothing but granola bars and muffins, and the staff don't really want to be bothered with assisting guests. The room was clean (although the hotel as a whole was not) and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again only if no other option was available in the price range.

little confusion at check-in

Anytime I needed anything from the desk, I stood there for a average of 4-5 minutes waiting on someone to come to the desk to assist me.
it's not hotel it's like a dorm
I changed my hotel during stay because the even don't come for room service or changing your towel if you need some thing at room the would say come to the desk. Don't expect breakfast because it's not just a coffee and muffin I went for business and the sound around the room didn't alow me to work at room and it wasn't quite

I booked based on the reviews and closeness to my destination. I was concerned when I arrived and there was a large man just slowly driving around the parking lot made three laps before I even went inside. As there was ample parking I do not think he was in search of a spot. The desk was unatended and no phone to call. Reaked of cigarette smoke, dingy walls and stained and soiled this was the lobby. The room was ridiculous! Bedspreads had visible staining, the bathroom was filthy, stunk of cigerettes and other unidentifiable stench. Several men just walking randomly about in groups of 2 and 3 no staff and certainly no security! I was a woman alone on this trip felt very at risk. I did not stay but left and found another hotel admitedly much more expensive but worth every cent! I think of places like this when I watched true crime shows on TV.
It was nice to have a place to sleep instead of driving after game but that's all. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't clean and comfy either. I would stay again if it was only thing available after a long day tailgating.
