For starters, orbitz claimed on the website that there was no pet fee. Upon checking in the hotel charged us a $75 pet fee. This was not expected. The rooms are in need of a complete remodel. Everything is outdated. I would expect a little more from a La Quinta hotel. I’ve stayed at really nice La Quintas before. Our particular room was not the cleanest. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable. The bathtub had a clogged drain so when we took a shower we were standing in 3 inches of water. The room had a musty odor and the air conditioner unit sounded like a jet engine. I will not be staying at this particular hotel again.
Family had a great time. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Excellent property! The only improvement would be breakfast seems as if items run out quickly, on my 1st day they ran out of coffee, 2nd day cream cheese and 3rd day waffle mix. Otherwise the property was amazing!!!
Loved the breakfast and so close to nearby stores and restaurants.
Overall I was pleased.
Thanks for returning to the continental breakfast service.
Nothing special about the property but lots of dining and shopping options in walking distance. Would stay again for a quick overnighted.

Check in process was easy. And reception lady was very pleasant and nice. I didn’t go to the room right away. Just checked in and then went to my function and returned to the property about 7 hours later. Went into the room and was hit in the face with a terrible odor. Like mildew and wet towels and sheets. Went to reception and informed the guy and he gave us another room. Walked into the second room and felt like I walked into the sauna. I turned on AC and it only blew hot air. Waited a few minutes to give it a chance and then went back downstairs. I apologized bc I do not typically complain. Was given a third room and that room was just fine. No bad odor and the AC worked! I appreciate the front desk worker on shift that evening for his patience. The overall stay was just fine.
OK stay, room was very dusty. Room door lock messed up. Staff was impersonal, did there job with very little interaction or service.
Within walking distance to many restaurants. Nice area.
Old, carpet worn and dirty looking, general appearance poor, staff had very bad attitude. Reserved 2 room suite, when I checked reservation a few day before trip found out hotel does not have 2 room suites. Raised a little hell with Manager Jennifer expecting her to make it right, she said I could cancel reservation and hung up on me. Called Customer Service and got “disconnected” (wink wink) twice. I will DEFINITELY not EVER
Walking distance to food and shopping. Hotel does need a refresh.
Staff seemed a bit rude when we arrived. Also we were left a half roll of toilet paper. Half a roll was inconvenient, but more so, it was a used roll that was left which is surprising given the current Covid situation.
People having around outside drinking and smoking. Lots of noise. I had to keep the TV on to drowned out the noise
Staff was great, rooms were put together nicely and clean. Only draw back was that there was no breakfast and the pool was closed for the entire time we were a guest. Otherwise, our trip was pleasurable. Thank you!
