rooms way to small charging 40/a night for parking

Checked in, front desk staff was on point, very friendly. Room was small, bathroom even smaller. Decided to stay in and ordered room service. Called room service no answer. Had to call the anything line, they picked up and placed my order. Dinner took 30 minutes to arrive at the room. Ordered breakfast the next morning, same thing. No one answered the phone, had to call anything service again. Only ordered fruit plate, bagel and coffee. It took 45 minutes to get to my room. The server told me I would not be charged for the food since it took 45 minutes but when I received my email bill notification, I was still charged the full amount for my little breakfast. Overall, the only pleasant part of my stay was checking in and checking out at the front desk.

We were disappointed in the quality of the hotel and service for the price we paid.

We know W's are different. But. My first room was way too small, with the toilet in a tiny cubicle, 5 feet from the bed. Unacceptable. Helpful front desk personnel switched rooms. Thanks. Nice valets, but they misplaced car key leading to twenty minute delay. The heavy beat of nightclub music at midnight could be felt all the way down to seventh floor room. All in all, not the usually interesting but quirky W experience. Never again.

The hotel is located in a great and safe neighborhood, very close to Lenox Mall, MARTA public transportation and a lot of fine restaurants. Overall it was a very pleasant experience: clean room, responsive staff - great place to stay for younger people - they always have something going on: a pool party, DJs, etc. Orbit's price for the room was very comfortable as well. Please be prepared that you will have to pay for Wi-Fi in the room (free Wi-Fi is only in the lobby), valet parking is $35.00 (overnight). Tip: $20.00 overnight parking at Maggiano's right across the street, and a $100.00/per night safety deposit.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, modern decor, however room thermostat not working properly and very dusty (perhaps filters need changing), mold in shower and no hot water which was disappointing. Would like to stay at this hotel again given the above items are corrected.

This hotel is fantastic. Loved everything about it. The hotel bar is a must when staying here. Can't wait to come back!

Good room. Good food and the amenities were nice. Great Location close to lenox mall.

It would have been the best stay ever if everything was not extra. We went for my friends bacherlorette and one night in this hotel cost me over $300....There is a valet service ($35 per car) that gets charged to the room, because you are not allowed to park yourself. So I was charged for everyone parking. Then they also charged me for food none of us ate. We made a point to put it all in a cupboard so that we would not get charged the $4 for each tiny snack. We even drove to a publix to buy snacks....but they still charged me. The highlight of this one night stay was the room/beds. Best sleep i have gotten in a long time (hungover or not). I loved the atmosphere and the hotel itself it was just kinda ridiculous they wanted to charge me for every little item.

The hotel location is great but the layout and views are sub-par and overall the hotel does not have a W feel.

We had a fun time in this hotel very nice place. The rooms are very nice and the hotel offers many fun amenities. Go to the roof top bar just bring a paycheck with you lol.

Had a nice stay at the W. Really enjoyed the gym and whiskey blue. Staff was helpful for a quick check in and check out. Would recommend.

I've stayed almost everywhere in Buckhead. The W has the most to offer with the "WET" pool overlooking Peachtree along with Whiskey Blue, a cool sky bar. It's also only a short walk to Lennox and Phipps Plaza, and even MARTA if you're heading downtown for a game/concert. Most of the staff seemed inexperienced but were very kind nonetheless.

Simple - everyone at the W in Buckhead was fabtastic - professional, knowledgable, courteous and friendly - none of it seemed forced. We felt very well taken care of; the restaurant, Cook Hall, is terrific and again, the people there were equally great. We would definitely return!

Is a excellent area. Hotel personal is very proffetional with excellent rooms. Cleanness of rooms as well as the weather of the lobby and they receive you in a great proffetional ,manner. I would consider this hotel for my next flight to Atlanta definitely.

The buckhead W has an upbeat, lively vibe the moment you walk in. There's a DJ and bar right next to check-in. The staff are friendly and make every effort your stay is trouble free. If you run into a problem (our voicemail light wouldn't turn off on our phone) a staff member will likely give a voucher for a free drink or breakfast. The 4th floor pool is very popular / crowded with bar, tv, and music. Probably not the place if your looking for peace and quiet. When the pool closes at dark, head to the roof top to party at Whiskey Blue. I've been here several times along with the Midtown W and prefer this location best!

My getaway experience was perfect everyone was nice from checking in to allowing us to have a late checkout without extra charge. And the price was amazing I want to do it again in two weeks. I love using the website and the stay was absolutely amazing!

Hard to fined. Business internet about $25 dollars per hour. Went to house resturant ordered meatballs and spagheti, they told me they only have meatballs you get 3 but no-spagheti, I said What ??? Loud music and very loud expensive car's . Won't stay there again....

First of all, if you are not a night owl, or like a fairly quiet room, DO NOT accept the 11th floor, one floor below the rooftop bar, which closes at 2:30 AM. Until then, you will hear the loud pounding of a techno beat, footsteps, furniture, etc. It's a great bar when you are up there - just don't try to sleep while it is open. We complained and were offered a different room, but didn't want to change in the middle of the night. They did comp breakfast. For a W Hotel, the bathroom was sub-par - small, with no place to hang anything, and the sink was terribly clogged. There was one desk and chair directly under the TV - very awkward. The best parts of the room were the beds, which were extremely comfortable, and the shower - the best I've ever had. The staff was very friendly. All-in-all, if you have a good room on one of the lower floors, you should have a good experience.

Just stayed for a night while passing through town, couldn't believe what a great price the W provided and i couldn't pass it up!

Thank you for your feedback. One Insider tip I'd love to share with you is in our guest rooms the thermostat setting needs to be set to "Auto" in order to use the number temperature dial. Some guests mistakenly place the setting on "Fan" instead of "Auto". Our Engineers are more than happy to assist if you have any questions. We appreciate your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
