Great common areas and nice room. Overcharged me $53 for snacks that I did not receive.

I want to state first that the employees there are great, friendly, and very attentive all around. Nevertheless, I was a little disappointed in the makeup of the room. There was not a dresser or anything that you could put your small items. There was alcoholic beverages displayed around the room. In addition, there was not a microwave and when I finally found the refrigerator; it too was full with alcoholic beverages. I understand that I maybe one in a hundred but, I do not drink or smoke so I found that to be a little presumptuous. Because of the great employees there, I give it a very good rating.

I was quite disappointed in this property to be honest. I have stayed at multiple W locations around the U.S. and this was by far the worst. When my husband and I went to check in , the entire lobby smelled like weed and when we got up to our room the hallway smelled the same. There was a room blasting music right near us and the hotel put us in a room right under the rooftop bar which blared music til 2 am. The staff did not warn us or let us know that we would be hearing music or feeling the room shake with bass for 3+ hours of our stay, which would have been nice. Also, I called to get another robe delivered to our room and it never came. The TV says that it is streaming compatible and my husband was trying to watch the MLB post season Yankees game but the password wasn't working for our TV. So we called downstairs and they said the TV wasn't compatible even though it clearly states it is on the TV? All in all I would never choose to stay at this location again a dn would tell others the same based on my experience.

The whole staff was VERY attentive and helpful as we facilitated our work event. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Atlanta again for either work or pleasure. Jocelyn and Marquis were great!!

They put us on the 11th floor directly underneath the rooftop bar. At 2am the bass was booming and people were yelling. They didn’t warn us about that when they assigned the room. Also, the elevators weren’t functional. One wasn’t working at all, the other one jammed while we were in it and had to press the alarm.

Nice but very small rooms. No closet or dessert for clothes

Excellent hotel and staff! Whiskey Blue has an amazing atmosphere, as well.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more! A delight from start to finish.
