Everything was fine except if we wanted to sit and chill, and eat food from somewhere else, it was frowned upon, when there was nobody around.

The gate for parking was a hassle. Besides that the hotel was beautiful and staff was excellent!

You are well treated here. Every member of the staff I came in contact with was very polite. I really felt special staying here.

The rooms were so roomy and comfortable! The beds were comfortable as well!

The size of the room was great. Also like the ability to shut off the beds from the front part of the room. Lots of restaurants nearby also as well as SunTrust Park.

This hotel was very clean and had everything we needed...except for accessible parking. The lots were not cloesly monitored and spots were held for no apparent reason. The staff assisted in helping us park and rectify the situation. Otherwide, a great place to stay.

The front attendant cancelled my reservation without telling me, over charged me $200.00 and did not report the broken closet door i asked to be fixed 5 mins after i got there. It wasnt until my girlfriend went to the front desk and spoke with another person that they fixed my reservation and credited the $200.00 back. They still never sent anyone to fix the closet door which was simply off the sliding hinge. They charged me$300.00 as an incidental fee for the door sayin it was never placed in the notes. I am completely disheartened and will never stay there again!!!

Ditch the parking charge. It’s stupid. Who comes to a suburban hotel without a car?.? Build it into the room rate or forget it. And the way it works it seems like the only people paying would be your guests. Others would just sneak in and out. OR MAKE IT SEASONAL for baseball but don’t put such a bad vibe out for such a nice hotel upon arrival. Not a good strategy.
