Barely anyone spoke English, they only served cheap alcohol, no servers for any guests at the pool, limited variety of food and entertainment, beds were folding in and uncomfortable, AC not working, moved our room three times. Didn’t offer accommodations for that. Service was rude at times. No one was helpful or going above and beyond. They didn’t like that we didn’t speak Spanish.

We were disappointed when we got to our room. The furniture was stained inside the room and in the patio. The mini fridge is not cold at all. Mosquitoes in the room. Robes were dirty looking- we didn’t use. The community pool was so dirty when we got there we did not get in. We stayed in the platinum pool. Buffets were not good. Dinner reservations were better. We booked excursions not to be at the resort

Accommodations are ok. House keeping was not a daily service, we had to call to request service and still they wouldn’t go. Internet service was really poor. Food was good and the bar service at the beach was outstanding.

Properly and grouds was clean, ground workers friendly and kind. Food/staff was terrible. Bathroom leaked all out stay, 2 days before check out our room flooded out from the room above us. Standard was not met and i would not recommend this place to anyone.
