Stylish Desert Oasis in Tempe

Cozy and comfortable all 1 level with no steps inside. 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds plus a pack n' play. Beautiful kitchen with brand new appliances, countertops, sink and everything needed for cooking. Enjoy a laptop workspace or relax watching your preferred shows with fast wifi included. Smart TV comes with Netflix and Hulu. The backyard has a ping pong table and large outdoor space to sit back and relax. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood where you can walk to nearby parks or just sit and listen to birds.

We allow 1 pet and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200. No parties allowed, maximum guests are 6 adults + 1 infant/toddler. No more than 4 additional guests to visit during the day only.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Amy's place is a cute little 70's remodeled rambler. Great back yard for your furry friend and just hanging out. Amy was quick with communication a majority of the time. Had everything we needed for our month long stay but needs upgrading with table settings, glassware and silverware if you are going to be doing a lot of eating at the home.

Clean and cozy

Great little house that’s been recently renovated. Very clean and a wonderful yard. Was perfect for my husband and I and our dog but easily could have had another couple or two with us.
