This is a private condo on the ground floor located in gated community. The condo has two bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, washer, dryer, tv, internet, cooking materials, private patio and many other needed amenities. The condo has remote entry so no need to carry around keys. One bedroom has a california king size bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Dining room has a game table that has scrabble, chess, checkers, backgammon and monopoly.

Community features include; gated community, ample parking, one heated pool, one non heated pool, hot tub, gas grills, fully equipped gym, fully equiped office with computers, printers, desk large office, TV room, pool table, walking paths and a putting green.

Very charming and well maintained condo in North Scottsdale in the middle of all best actions: nightlife, best restaurants, Kierland shopping, Scottsdale Quarter shopping, Waste Management Open, Arabian Horse show. Super clean, nicely furnished, friendly host.
