Outlet malls and indoor shopping centers are located within a 20 minute driving distance. Arizona Cardinals and Coyotes are 20 minutes away and don't forget you are right in the heart of the MLB's Cactus league spring training.
Newly renovated and new furnishings, 2 large flat screen televisions, open back yard with a nice patio for coffee or BBQ's.
