We added Disney Beauty and the Beast touches throughout this home to make your stay special. We understand you have a lot of choices when you chose a vacation home and we can assure you choosing this home will be the right decision. Prior to buying these homes we stayed in homes and realized they didn't have the extras we expected or wanted and what you see was not usually what we got. So we decided to change things and offer guests a trip of a lifetime and have had so much fun! Every decision has been based on "this will make them smile"!

This home will be continually upgraded. The owners and their children are from the US and also use this home often so you can trust it will be cared for. NO, the pool and spa is complementary and set to 86 for pool and 103 for spa.
2. Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, both bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
3. Does the pool have a child safety fence?
Yes, the pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. We also have a pool slider alarm for extra child safety.
4. Does the Villa have WIFI?
Yes, the Villa is equipped with complimentary high speed Wifi.
5. Is there a coffee maker?
Yes, the Kitchen has a Keurig K-Cup machine as well as a drip coffeemaker.
6. What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, soap and toilet paper. But we are unique and offer full stay supply of garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwashing tabs.
7. Is smoking allowed in the Villa or by the Pool?
No, smoking is NOT allowed in the Villa or by the Pool. Only in front of house by road please.
8. Are Pets allowed?
No, Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. We cater to high allergy repeat guests daily.
9. What are the times for Check-In and Check-Out?
Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out is 10:00 a.m.
10. Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Yes, Windsor Hills permits a maximum of three cars per Villa.
