Loved this hotel! It was so clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend a friend and come back soon. The ladies in the front desk were so sweet and helpful and really made my day that they let me and my one year old daughter check in early since we had our luggage and wanted to travel the city. Nick helped us a lot by taking our bags and holding them for us and showing us the city and where to go. I appreciate all the staff here who were so helpful and nice. Loved it !

This place is half block of the Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cute. The bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Really disappointed, from unwelcoming desk staff to disrepair and low quality of room, dirty sheets and pillowcases, scuffed walls broken refrigerator/mini bar, broken shelf in bathroom, midd sad matched toiletries, really uncomfortable stay sadly was happy to leave and will never return. Only plus was location, close to theaters

older hotel painted black to hide it. Cheesy leather headboards tiny tiny room. Paid for a king room and was put into a double bed with a view of a staircase. Called to complain and The manager had someone come give us new keys. So they did rectify. I will say the king room was a tad better but still felt dirty. I usually love boutique hotels but this one had no charm AT ALL.
