Marmont Avenue is a four bedroom, four bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills. Impeccably decorated and filled with the natural lighting of the Southern California sun; each room will provide you with comfort and peace. The impressive grounds will invite you to relax and play while enjoying incredible views of the infamous Hollywood Hills. The pool, tennis court, and outdoor seating areas will be uninterrupted, as this area is a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. For those that want to indulge in the star-bright sights of the city, they are only a short drive away.

Home Truths:

- This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence). This home is in the hills and as a result cell service can be spotty at times. The second and third bedroom are connected by a shared bathroom. Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the third bedroom has been updated with two single beds. This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator. This home has a strict no pet policy. No dogs are welcome under any circumstances, even for a short visit. The outdoor wood burning fireplace is not operational however there is a gas firepit you are welcome to use.
