This home is located 1 mile away from Hobby Airport and 8 miles from Downtown & Medical Center.

House is fully stocked with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, Grill by the pool, wake up to a cup of coffee, browse the internet with high-speed ATT Fiber WiFi, Veg-out watch Apple TV, or soak up some sun by the pool!

-THE SPACE-
There are 3 king size beds in three of the bedrooms and 2 full size beds in the the fourth. There is a stand up, walk-in shower in the master and one of the guest bathroom and a tub in the other guest. In all bathrooms, shampoo/conditioner/soap will be provided.

There is a 55'' flat screen in the living room with an Apple TV. Enjoy premium whole house surround sound when watching your favorite movie or airplay some tunes when connected to the WiFi. Roku TVs with every tons of apps in guest rooms.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Feel free to use any of the pots/pans/cooking utensils/seasonings found in the cabinets.

Front-load washer and dryer available for your use throughout the stay.

The pool is PRIVATE and is for your exclusive use throughout your stay. The back yard is fully fenced. -NO PARTIES!

**All of these premium features are just that. The comfort of renting an airbnb as such, with a full kitchen, private space and pool vs renting an average hotel come at an additional cost. Please keep in mind that it takes quite a bit for upkeep and the prices are set based on supply/demand. We do not offer additional discounts on top of the already reduced rates. -GUEST ACCESS-
There is a smart lock on the front door and a unique code will be provided.

Guests have access to the entire house. This includes all bedrooms/bathrooms, the office area, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen.

Other things to note
ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES:

**It is an additional $45/day to have access to the pool heater.

**For the inconvenience of having the home cleaned, there is an additional $50 fee for late check out, with approval. Unapproved late check-out will incur $100 charge.

**$500 smoking fee. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home.

**If your flight arrives early and are in need of early check-in, it is a $50 fee, if available, or you can drop your bags at no charge while the cleaning crew finishes getting the home ready for your stay.
