⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Royal Sonesta Washington DC – Dupont Circle Even in the middle of a major renovation, this property carries itself with grace and professionalism. Yes, the lobby and restaurant are currently under construction, with guests entering through temporary side doors and a provisional check-in area—but none of that takes away from the experience that truly matters. The room was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Exactly what you want after a long day in the city. What stood out most was the staff. From valet to front door, front desk, restaurant team, and housekeeping—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. That level of hospitality isn’t staged; it’s culture. It’s clear this hotel is investing in its future, and if this is the experience during renovation, I can only imagine how impressive it will be once everything is complete in a few months. I’ll absolutely be back.
