We used the gym and it was lovely to have a small kitchen, a living and a bedroom area separately.

stayed here several times, convenient to metro, quiet street, clean and neat.

Good location near the metro train. Walking distance to many things. Nice to be in a suite as we had 4 people in our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast included. Would be happy to stay here again.

Attractive apartment like unit with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The free daily breakfast buffet for all guests is really a great feature. The staff is friendly and very helpful in whatever a guest might be in need of.

Staff treated us very well from check in to valet car service to check out

The hotel is in a great location to GWU, however, my roomed smelled of cigarette smoke. I told the front desk and they didn't seem to care. I told them three times to make sure I wasn't charged for it. If the room didn't smell of smoke I would have given it 5 stars.

This location was perfect for our family as we dropped our daughter off for her freshman year at GWU. The room was very spacious and fit our family of four very comfortably. We were walking distance from GWU campus and close to Foggy Bottom Metro too. Definitely will stay again.

It was perfectly located staff was friendly! The suites were exactly what we wanted.

The hotel had a convenient location for visiting GW. The room was large and the staff very helpful.

This hotel's location is perfect for a family that wants to be able to walk or bike to sites. It is also 1 block from a Metro rail so it gives you plenty of options for transportation. It has 2 room suites, which is perfect for families. It also has a kitchenette which is great to get a few necessities to keep handy. The bathroom is oddly small, given that there is plenty of room to expand it. One of the elevators is still not working; I had read other reviewers complain about this before I booked it. The breakfast is great and the happy hour is also good. You can walk to a CVS, 711, Sweet Green has great salads. Founding Farmers is an awesome restaurant and only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Check out the Capitol bike share option, we had a blast riding around town via bikes.

Value for money, you got a suite in good comfortable and clean condition. 5 min. to subway, 5min to restaurant and 7/11, continental breakfast include good to start the day.

The hotel's website did not indicate that it was under construction. We didn't even really mind that because the room was rather nice although in need of updates. It is being converted to a Radisson (I believe). It is in need of updating, so that is good. They had a half-way decent breakfast. The real problem was the staff. They didn't seem to know how to communicate with one another. I'm sure the construction didn't help, but I have a feeling that it is like that on any given day. I might stay there again after construction. It is right around the corner from a Metro Station, and the neighborhood is decent.

the property is undergoing a needed facelift. Given that, the management clearly has made an effort to provide amenities like a fitness center and breakfast. The fitness center is in what was formerly a guest room I support and not inviting. The breakfast was good - the lady from West AFrica (Sierra Leone?) who was overseeing it was very sweet and helpful. Proximity to MEtro is great!!

THE HOTEL IS RENOVATING... I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD IDEA TO TELL CLIENTS... THE ENTRANCE WAS A MESS... WATER WAS TAKEN AWAY... LOTS OF NOISE... ROOMS ARE NICE... BREAKFAST IS REALY BAD...

Althouh it is in great location and the staff are ver friendly the place is being remodeled and it is noisy dusty ans messy.

First time in DC. Did not know what to expect. Hotel is close to the Metro and that is the best way to get around if you are from out of town. Nice staff, very small front reception, but rooms were nice. No attached dining but options were close.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was one of the friendliest staff's I've ever encountered and i have stayed at alot of hotels all around the world. The furniture in the living room was out-dated but everything else in the room was perfect. Good location, close to the metro and alot of the tourist spots. Would definately recommend to others. Excellent value.

The hotel was located centrally between the Georgetown area and downtown Washington, D.C. The room was very spacious and cozy, with more than enough amenities. The grocery store right around the corner made eating in a less expensive option, as well. The price for the hotel was extremely competitive for other hotels in the area. Highly recommended. Especially for younger people looking to stay in D.C. for a weekend getaway.

The convenience of the Georgetown location was the best thing about this motel. Rooms were spacious and clean, but had seen better days. The room/s reserved for online customers (i.e., the "bargain" suite/s) were obviously in the worse area of the motel: ground floor, directly next to a bathroom, and the motel entrance directly beside the street-side window.
