great location Blue Duck Tav is a wonderful place to eat any meal or hit the bar.

Great food onsite , location is perfect for Georgetown.

Great hotel. The area is accessible to all the major DC attractions. You are a 5 minute walk to the shopping of Georgetown. A 10 minute walk to Arlington National Cemetary and probably a 15 minute walk to the White house. The area is great, fairly new construction feel to it, with tons of restaurants and bars around. The hotel itself was great, comfortable beds, and had a nice luxurious feel to it. While staying make sure to try out the Blue Duck Tavern. Great restaurant by restaurant standards, let alone one located inside the hotel. Just make sure to get a reservation!

I liked the restaurant downstairs, it was great, the new year's party was great. The room was clean, city view a little disappointing. The bathroom and décor were the weakest spots. Only baskets to put undies in. Bathroom was unusual, last updated in 2006. Needed a dresser and redone bathroom. Staff were wonderful, amenities were those of a much nicer hotel. We would stay there again!

The hotel staff was able to accommodate our early arrival. The room was lovely, modern and comfortable. All of the staff members provided great service and were extremely friendly.

In DC for a Board meeting and add-on vacation, the Park Hyatt was a perfect place, combining good location, a spacious, comfortable room with a terrific modern bath/shower suite. We were in a junior suite, and very happy with the wonderful king bed and the separate reading/TV/relaxing/office room. Free bikes for touring DC were a terrific treat, as was the lovely, sun-lit indoor pool for working out the kinks in the afternoon. Then dinner in the excellent Blue Duck, with top food, wine and service. We couldn't be happier.

Very lovely and comfortable hotel, but caters to the business class. As tourists visiting our nation's capitol, we felt that we were invisible beside the suit-clad, hustling business men and women. Restaurant and longe VERY expensive! ($100 for two hamburgers and two beers in the less formal lounge). Friendly staff, but not too good on service: two hour wait and two phone calls when we needed fresh towels and ice. Towels finally arrived, but never received the ice-and the ice has to be delivered as there is no other access. Nice pool and well appointed gym. 10 minute walk to metro. A little too "uppity" for us.. (Espresso machines in rooms, but not regular coffee).

Exactly what you want from a hotel; comfortable room, excellent restaurant, quietly competent staff. We had some minor issues that kept it from total perfection, but still our favorite DC hotel.

The location is a short walk from the center of Georgetown, and not far WH. The bedding is the best, the staff is uniformly cheery, and it's quiet in your room. Resto downstairs is first tier as well.

It's nice when you book a hotel and it meets your expectations and or exceeds it. The Park Hyatt is everything you expect from a high end hotel. Staff was great and helpful, room exceeded expectations, tea bar was fun and different and location was great. All and all no complaints

My husband and I had a great time. The staff was on point with everything. I'd say it was a world class staff. The rooms were very good and very clean with top notch amenities and finishes. But the lack of a view detracted from the experience a bit. The gym and pool were great. The hours were perfect (5:30am - 10pm for the pool and 24h for the gym). The restaurant was top notch as well. And again, I can't say enough about the service. The location was pretty good. We like to walk, so the half mile or so to the Lincoln Memorial was perfect for us.

A five-star Hyatt hotel with a good price, can't ask for more!

Very very very very very good. Excellent. Outstanding.

Very good close to Georgetown and around other nice hotels ( Fairmon ans Westin) luxury and techno ammenities

We came to DC for a weekend. Tried to find hotel pretty close to downtown but at the same time not in very crowded area.

I spent 4 days at this hotel sightseeing and dining in the nation's capital. The hotel is in a great location, not too touristy, but a short walk to both Georgetown (10 minutes) and the Foggy Bottom metro (5 minutes). If you can get into the hotel restaurant, do it. In my 4 day stay I was not able to get a table...I didn't plan ahead..but learned that lounge menu all comes from the restaurant chefs, so I was able to enjoy some bone marrow and short ribs at the bar. Delicious. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is spacious and modern. My room, since it faced the street, was a little noisy; only a problem if you plan on sleeping in very much.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. For the price we would have liked the room to be bigger but I guess that's the trade off for being so centralized in the Georgetown/outer DC area.

This beautiful hotel is in the heart of DC. You can walk or take the Metro anywhere. Very close to Georgetown. Great restaurants all nearby, but the hotel has an excellent restaurant right inside with loads of windows. Service was excellent.

The hotel is beautiful. Srooms are clean and lovely. Bathroom in the king suite was amazing. Great brunch at the Blue Duck. Staff is helpful. They provided complimentary museum tickets and car service. We will be making this our place to stay whenever we are in DC.

The corner suite was nice and quiet, and the bathroom with rainforest shower head worth the upgrade. Breakfast downstairs at Blueduck was fantastic.
