The property was clean and the staff was excellent. The only things that I did not like was that the bed was too close to the television, there was barely enough room to walk between bed and the wall that the television was on and the hotel did not supply wash cloths nor hand towels for bathrooms.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Billing was not clear on upgrade charge (didn’t appear on initial charge but did upon check out), room temperature was inconsistent (woke up multiple times hot throughout the night in spite of having the air set to a low temp), and this facility chose to do away with washcloths and hand towels. I’m not traveling home with wet washcloths and don’t really want to buy them to throw away at the hotel.

Parking size: We arrived in a Toyota Grand Highlander with only about an inch to spare. Even with notes about oversized vehicles, extra garage space would help. Check clearance and trunk space before opening the hatch. Dining and seating: Our kids eat standard American fare, but options they did not eat even french fries.The dining area offered only high-top seating, which isn’t ideal for toddlers needing lower chairs or flexible seating. Check-in and rooms: We booked two rooms, but the second room wasn’t visible in the system at check-in. We were offered a second room on a different floor, yet the key card only granted elevator access to our assigned floor. This made transfer awkward and confusing for a family. Elevators: The elevators smelled like urine. Bathroom design: The glass bathroom door means night-time use can wake sleepers due to light entering the bedroom. Morning coffee: We were told coffee would be in the lobby at 5:30 am, but that wasn’t true. For families starting early, reliable hot beverages matter. Overall: The hotel has positives like location and cleanliness, but several family-specific needs were lacking. Before booking, confirm parking clearance, kid-friendly dining, room allocation procedures, quieter rooms (non-glass doors), and reliable early-morning coffee. A few tweaks could make this much more family-friendly.

Staff were kind and helpful, across all areas (front desk, housekeeping, in the restaurant/bar). Literally my only complaint is that the card readers in the elevators were too low, and made you have to ask people to move out of the way so you could scan your key card to select your floor. Other than that, we enjoyed everything about our stay.
