They let us check in early with no fee, and with children this was a godsend!

Valet required unfair and extremely expensive. Limited dining options

The beds were super small, my fault. I clicked on a double bed reservation because of our need for a bathtub (that didn't drain). The room was super small. We had 4 people in it (2 adults and 2 kids). Hotel was booked so there were no other options. Facility was dated and unkempt. Most of the employees had a dour disposition. We moved to the Hyatt Place in Georgetown mid stay. Such a better facility.

The one annoying thing about this hotel was having to go down one level to access the elevators

The breakfast bar is the best I have ever had. The bed was pillow top and very comfortable.

This hotel is close to the Capitol Building, Union Station and the National Mall. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice accommodations and conveniently located.

Like about the property: Coffee/gift shop on the main floor, pool & exercise equipment. Phillips Sandwich Shop behind the hotel was great for my grandsons. Proximity to Union Station with a fair food court. Dislike: Queen size beds would have been nice instead of full size.

Everything was great, the staff was very accommodating.

Loved the store downstairs. Probably the best Starbucks we’ve had in a long time! Just wished it was open past 7pm.

there was some confusion about the use of free breakfast coupons, but Hyatt made it right. Beautiful Hotel - parking staff friendly and accomodating.

First room we were given had not been cleaned. Staff immediately set us a up with another room. We did get stuck for a minute when an elevator door would not open completely. After pushing a few buttons, we were able to get it to open all the way.

👍 thanks

Max the front desk manager very friendly
