We had a great stay- clean room, comfy bed, nice concierge, very nice gym and pool (although a little cold for me.. but fine for my kids) and we enjoyed the restaurant.

The wait staff at your restaurant gave me a stained and already completed crossword puzzle kids menu. After that, there was a spill which was half cleaned up. The morning of the New Year, a maintenance staff member banged on my door at 8:22am wishing to change some part in my room completely disturbing my sleep.

Check-in was seamless, and the front desk associate was professional, knowledgeable, and provided helpful information about nearby attractions. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything appearing new and well-maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The hotel’s location was perfect just steps away from the Capitol Building, which offered beautiful views and made exploring Washington, D.C. easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfort, and convenience.
