My favorite hotel. Hands down. Best service. Love the royal service. And the room service although limited hours is the best we’ve had. Every time we stay here we are more and more impressed. Our pet had an emergency and concierge had and emergency clinic recommendation in minutes and we were on our way as soon as valet brought up our car. cannot recommend this place more!

There wasn't a thing my husband and I liked about this hotel. Would have appreciated a heads up when booking our room that there would be no informational packets in the room to use as guides to the city and local restaurants and convenient stores. Also, no vending machines to buy a bottle of water. I was NOT willing to pay $9 for a bottle of perrier or sparkling water from the hotel lounge. And the price for parking was absolutely outrageous. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We felt like prisoners in our room. Just a complete lack of information for which a lot of it was blamed on Covid 19. Would definitely not stay at a Fairmont Hotel again.

I liked the presence of hand sanitizer in the lobbies and by the elevator.

Everything was great, beautiful property and rooms, great Le Labo toiletries, but had a false mini bar charged after check out.

A very nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, very close to Georgetown and DuPont Circle.

Nice sized rooms and wonderful shower were highlights. In main lobby area, I kept getting smells of what I think was a cleaner - prefer not to smell that.
