We stayed here during the eclipse. Reid at the front desk did an amazing job finding us a room for 2 extra nights so we didn't have to stay at a subpar motel we had made reservations at a year in advance due to the eclipse. He deserves a promotion. He was always friendly, helpful and provided great customer service! The hotel's morning breakfast was varied enough for all of our dietary needs and they even had fun "space junk" party treats all weekend to celebrate. We come to Waco annually and will stay here again for sure!
Flawless property. Beautiful spacious and immaculate clean room. Staff member Bryce was helpful and knowledgeable on checkin
Proximatity to Baylor great.
I liked that it was convenient to walk around the downtown area.
Lovely hotel. Clean and very nice. Staff is friendly .
The rooms were very clean, continental breakfast was decent and staff was very helpful.
This is wonderful hotel near Baylor, Magnolia, etc. It was family friendly, clean, and well-run. We would gladly stay here again.
I thought it was a great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, and parking was good. There is a lot of construction on the roads around the property, but that was still negotiable.
If it wasn't for the positive reviews of this hotel, I would be skeptical as all the images are graphics. Upon arrival the hotel was very nice for being new. Good size gym area the only downer was the pool was closed. The hotel had outside seating in a different section, which was nice. The room was clean and it was enjoyable. The location was near restaurants within walking distance which was nice. The hotel is right off 35 so you can hear that traffic but it wasn't bad. The river is a block or two away, but the river area was overgrown and looked sketchy.
