Best Western Plus Waco North

Magnolia Silos

Great Hotel. Have stayed at many Best Western Plus hotels. This one did not disappoint. About a 10 minute drive to Magnolia Silos. Do not stay closer to Silos and pay more. This is a perfect spot. Stayed 2 nights. Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot with several options. Stop looking elsewhere and say yes to Best Western Plus- Waco North

Red Roof Inn Waco

Close to the things we wanted to see.

It was close to the places we wanted to visit and right next to the expressway. The staff was nice and polite. They have a free breakfast with waffles but we didn't use it (I saw it though when I went to get hot water for tea and it looked well stocked with a variety of offerings).

Sleep Inn & Suites Hewitt - South Waco

Comfortable stay for a reasonable price

The king suite was very clean and was actually a non-smoking room. I have had bad experiences with other similar properties that dishonestly claim their rooms to be non-smoking. The bed was comfortable and linens/towels were clean and well stocked. The TV had a few basic cable channels and HBO. The property was very quiet as well and overall in decent shape. Microwave, small fridge, iron, hairdryer, coffeemaker and all the standard small appliances were present. The only complaint with the room was with the couch. The seat cushions would sink in all the way as the couch was obviously defective and almost just for show. The hotel also has an indoor pool with an adjacent heated tub and a minimal fitness center with a treadmill and two elliptical cross trainers. The staff was very friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was excellent and had fresh scrambled eggs with sausage and the other basic fare. The location right off I-35 is also very convenient with a few late night fast food places nearby. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
