I like the price, overall staff was great especially Naomi

Nothing, shower would not drain and room smelt moldy

Soft, fluffy towels and clean rooms but out of date decor.

Upon arrival the person at the desk was not very pleasant. After getting our key we proceeded to our room that had hard floors that they seemed to have way too much cleaner to cleanup after the last tenants. Because of that (at least I hope so) the floor was sticky & the room was overwhelming with the smell of cleaner. This was one of the worst experiences I have had staying in a hotel.

Great central location in Waco. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, or a short drive into the heart of downtown.

When i arrived at the property they attempted to change the fee by $20 more. Luckly I had my booking recipt, staff tried to act like they had no idea how I had it for my price of $81 because theirs showed $102. They fixed it to my price and gave me my room. The carpets are old and dingy looking. The rooms were of ok size for a 1 night stay however same ole outdated and dingy feel. You could smell the massive amouts of cleaning supplies they use it never whent away almost burned your nose. For a cheap hotel it was ok. But i have stayed at alot nicer places for less.

Good place to stay but road noise was horrible. But other than that all was good

Wi-fi didn't always work well. Breakfast good, Close to Baylor

The inside of this hotel was pretty shabby The TV reception was horrible

I would not recommend this property! The rooms look nothing like the picture online and the property on the outside had air conditioner vents hanging down outside the windows and if that falls completely we all know what could happen. This is a non smoking facility which was great because I hate the smell of cigarettes. The free breakfast had 3 selections and that was 2 types of cereal or waffles. The coffee taste like dirt. Ugh! I was not impressed at all. Check out is at 11am and I checked out 10:30 perfectly fine and once I left I was charged $80 additional dollars because housekeeping stated that there was smoking in the room. False! I don't smoke and my 54 year old disabled mother does not nor does my 2yr old or 12 yr old. I called to ask about the charge and I was rudely told that there was nothing that could be done because she believes the housekeeping employee. Horrible experience I would not recommend this place at all.

Excellent hotel for the price in an excellent area.

Bugs in room. Elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Key cards malfunctioned 3 times. Very noisy in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good. Bed was confertable.

About what I expected, except the handle in the bathtub came off when I tried to use it.

I like that there is no carpet in the room. Not fancy but quite sufficient.

This hotel is old and tired. It needs an update. Desk staff was distracted and was not eager to help in a timely manner.
