This hotel is old and tired. It needs an update. Desk staff was distracted and was not eager to help in a timely manner.

Saw cockroaches, but fine other than that. Breakfast options were acceptable. We really went with this hotel for location and it was super convenient to everything we came to visit.

The hotel is near to the downtown area. Clean and has some renovations. Good for the price. It does provide shampoo and soap bars. Nothing fancy, no pool or gym, but very decent if you just want to spend the night and shower. Breakfast has cereal, yogurt, packaged egg omelets and pasties. Milk, juice and coffee. Staff was ok, not friendly, but attentive.

I loved my stay at super 8 hotel Waco. I would recommend your hotel to my friends and family.

TV viewing was limited noghing hot ither tham waffles for breakfast

got what I expected. some kind of meat for breakfast would've been nice, as I am diabetic. the cheese omelettes were ok for microwaveable food, but no bacon, sausage or other breakfast meats.

This hotel is terrible!!! The only good thing about this location was the friendliness of the staff. The room was so dirty and disgusting!!! It seemed like the sheets had not been changed in a very long time. The carpet felt so dirty and sticky. I was so disgusted and I would not recommend this hotel!!!

The staff was friendly. The building is very old and run down. Hallways and main areas need cleaning. Our beds were fine but the rest of the room was not very clean, even the laminate floors were dirty as evidenced by my daughters feet looking like she had been walking outdoors without shoes. Extremely limited channel selection/ no family friendly channels. We stayed several days and had to go to the front desk twice because our room keys stopped working. Location is very convenient to highway and Baylor university. With some cleaning and updating could be a great basic place.

Can't beat the price of this hotel. The only negative was the internet. I could never connect but other than that the staff was friendly and the room was decent for the price. I would totally stay there again next time I go to Waco.

This hotel is exactly what you'd expect for the price. Not super fancy but everything you need for a quick sleep while on the road.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had nice pillows and sheets and was good on the back. We didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot as the carpet and flooring in the bathroom didn't appear to be as clean as it could be. It is what you would expect from an inexpensive hotel.

The hotel was nice for the price. Good for a quick stay. The wi-fi never worked but overall it was decent.

Very easy to communicate needs and preferences with the very professional staff! They were very accommodating and cheerful. I have 7 ruptured discs in my back, and I have NEVER slept so well in a bed ever! And I stayed 3 nights! I have stayed in $400 a night hotels where I remained sleepless! They were so easy going and friendly, and the location is very accessible to all points of interest in Waco. Thank you!

Decent hotel for a decent price. Lobby very cozy, but obviously an older hotel. Bed was a bit itchy (not due to bugs, maybe just whatever they use in the laundry?), but pillows were plush and comfortable. Good water pressure. Texas-shaped waffles, but if it's busy, get to breakfast early or expect to wait a while for your waffle.

Dull looking hotel, entry was not inviting, Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Room was clean. Small TV and limited stations.

The room was well kept. Good arrangement and comfortable. the staff kept the rooms clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and well made. they accommodated all of my needs and made me feel welcome. I have stayed here several times and each time it have been the same great experience.

The hotel was really nice and clean just wish they had more Tv channels. But over all stay was great.

My kids and I were coming home from Oklahoma after a softball tournament and I got pretty sleepy. Stopped at a restaurant to grab a bite to eat. Saw this hotels price and decided to go. Very happy that we did. Even though it looked runned down in the inside, outside was clean as well as the rooms. Was very shocked at how clean the rooms actually were. The price was unbeatable. Will visit again if we have to.

No iron board or iron in the room. Low water pressure. The water wasn't very hot. The comforter had stains on it.
