Nice relaxing time close to everything we wanted to do.

Weather could have been better! We love it here, may relocate here.

The Waco Hilton has been going through a remodel for about a year. The transformation has been really nice to see. The update has elevated the look and comfort of the hotel. The staff continues to be friendly, helpful and professional making the experience a very pleasant one.

This hotel worked perfectly for spending some family time together before moving my son to Baylor. Amenities and staff were great. Only suggestion is to look at fitness center. A couple of the pieces of cardio equipment weren't working well (resistance adjustment, heart rate monitoring).

A perfect location from which to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday and do some sightseeing in central Texas. Staff were courteous and the amenities excellent. Our room was comfortable. Only slightly jarring note, but probably unavoidable anywhere else nearby, was the late night train whistle as trains passed through town(slightly disturbing if you're a light sleeper) but the bed was so comfortable that getting back to sleep was no problem.

Prices were high due to the football game, but we were able to walk to the stadium along the Brazos River. Rooms were in good condition. Service was great especially with a packed hotel.

Rooms are comfortable. Remodeled lobby is nice. Didn't have complimentary local newspapers which was a disappointment and the Starbucks in the hotel could have been better and roomier. Breakfast was expensive I thought but good. Best amenity is location to Baylor and restaraunts

Came to visit my grandmother in the Waco area. The hotel was decent but the room was below my expectations for a Hilton hotel. It was only one night and nothing really bothered me too much except for a weird smell on our floor. I suspect that it was weed since our room number was 420... Anyway, not a terrible experience in the least, but I just thought it would be a better. At least wi-fi was free.

Was a guest while attending a conference. Coffee machines in rooms with quality coffee a plus. Room itself dimly lit and held an unfortunate stale former smoker smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. Bed itself very comfortable and sleep inducing. Clock not set to current time and no way to correct the time, only set the alarm. Pleasant hotel staff, willing to help with whatever one might need. Great location across from a warehouse restaurant and shopping complex, within walking distance. Needs updated landscaping-the outside appearance of the Hotel is early concrete modern reminiscent of a penal institution. Interior main rooms need updating and improved lighting. The main conference room was very dimly lit, quite snooze inducing.

I was in Waco to attend a wedding. There was no one to help me with my luggage. When I ordered a club sandwich from room service, I assumed that he knew which room I was in, because he never asked for my room number. After 45 minutes, my food hadn't arrived, so I called and was told that they didn't know which room had ordered. There was no apology. The order was delivered, but once again not even a...."we are sorry for the delay." I personally thought that the meal should have been compted. By the time it showed up..... I had only about 10 minutes to be out the door.

it was fine except for the bed. tis was a handicapped style room and my wife and i both suffer some handicaps. the mattress was soft that it was difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position, especially for me. being a large heavy person, i would sink down to where it was very hart\d to change positions or to get out of the bed. i am used to sleeping on a much firmer mattress which conforms to my boy but does not seriously impair my movement.

Great friendly check-in staff. Very clean hotel and room. Bartender had just closed down the bar but was willing to open it back up to hang around and take care of our group without a problem. I have stayed at many hotels in the Waco area and this one is by far the best yet!

The location is perfect and easy to find. Right across the street from the Brazos river. Very clean and fast service when requesting extra towels.
