Our stay was negatively impact by a very strong odor of marijuana that filtered up to our room from the room below. When we called the front desk, the management felt they were appeasing us by assuring us they would clean the room where the marijuana was being consumed. That did nothing for the terrible smell we had to endure.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The day we got there the door to the bedroom of our suite locked automatically locking me the room. Thankfully someone was in the living room and got me out. Lock was broken! Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Never enough towels. Had a beautiful balcony which is why I chose a suite. Couldn’t sit on it because of the bird poop everywhere! Told the desk about these problems the day we got there and nothing was done. This hotel was very expensive and I feel like we did not get what we paid for!!! The food at the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel it’s nice, clean and staff very courteous. but there’s a lot of homeless in both corners, it feels unsafe, even thought it’s walkable distance to Doctor pepper museum, Magnolia coffee shops, etc. I prefer to stay somewhere else next time, where I am not afraid to be walking around. There’s a train that woke us up around 6 am, it’s very close to the hotel you can hear it clearly, sadly!
