We were in a difficult position - in that our luggage did not make the transfer to ACT - so we were stuck with luggage and got in after 1am local. at the fron desk was so kind and accomodating - Trisha giving us a later checkout time, as the airport delivered our luggage after checkout. Would highly recommend!!

Smell in room, trash cans in lobby and outside overflowing (bees around can outside), sack breakfasts a joke.

love the big room with kitchen and both tv including sofa sleeper

I do not normally write reviews. However, we were so disappointed in this stay I felt I needed to provide this review. We were placed in a room on the second floor. There was mold on the ceiling and multiple poorly done drywall patches to walls and ceiling. The room smelled like mildew. I would not be shocked to find out there was water leaking into the ceiling. We asked to change rooms and were told this could not be accommodated. The wood trim in the bathroom was rotted and molding. Anything metal was rusted. The tub looked as if it had been patched. There were multiple stains on the walls. Everything in this hotel appears dated and worn. The elevator was dirty on both floors and walls. This hotel was certainly not worth the price paid for it, and we will not stay here or at another hotel in this chain ever again.

Didn't realize the road construction that was going on along the frontage road. Made it challenging to get into the hotel. If I would have known this prior to booking our reservation, I would have stayed at another location.

Great breakfast, well-appointed room. Older facility, room door did not close automatically. Definitely adequate for our overnight stay.

For a discount motel, this Quality Inn was very good.

Unclean in hallways and in the room. Everything was either dated, in need of repair or just dirty. Overpriced at $287 for two nights. Won’t stay in a Quality Inn again.

It was great. I would stay here again when I'm in town. This location is close to everything.

Was in a pinch and needed a place to stay. Desk person who checked me in was awesome! Breakfast was great w lots of choices.

Easy access to highway! Everything was very good. It was a Monday night, we didn't hear any noises when we went to bed or woke up in morning. There was a dead bug in the sheets. Didn't see it until morning but that could happen anywhere. They didn't have a customer computer/printer but did allow us to use the clerk's computer for our flight. Also allowed us to check in early!

Hotel was convenient, pleasant, and a good choice.....

When we checked in we were given room 204 my husband and I made our way up and when we got to the room we pulled the sheets back on the bed only to find out they were dirty and stained and apparently had not been changed. I took pictures of the sheets and went back down to the desk clerk and showed him the pictures he moved us to the room next door 205. And there is where we settled in. it was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. The only difference between the bed and the floor was elevation. It had springs broken in it and we were both miserable all night long we ended up going to the local Walmart and buying a mattress pad for the second night just so we can try to sleep. The television in the living room area did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The night we checked in the clerk was telling us what a great breakfast they offer in the mornings and that they had eggs bacon gravy biscuits pastries waffles and it all sounded really good and we were looking forward to it the next morning. I wasn't expecting four-star cuisine from a hotel like this but I was not expecting preformed eggs that were circular compressed little patties and tasted disgusting, the sausage was sitting in water almost and tasted horrible there was no bacon but there were these paper thin little circle things that I think was supposed to be ham. No one was eating any of it and the line for the waffle machine and by the way a hotel this size should have more than one machine was from the counter to the door. Needless to say my husband and I didn't get breakfast. The staff was nice the place was clean enough but for this amount of money there was just too much wrong and the foods they served should have been better. Next time I go to Waco I'll stay somewhere else.

We left due to a real bad chemical smell. My son has asthma and was real hard to stay. The front desk kindly offered a aromatherapy cup. It was almost midnight so we went to another hotel.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The only problem I had was with the Internet was not very reliable or strong

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. We will be back. Thanks!

When I first arrived at hotel to check in, I wasn't asked for any form of ID to verify the online reservation I had made. Got the room keys hoping to go up and take a shower. The water was barely trickling from the faucet then stopped working all together when shower was turned on. Not long after the toilet started backing up. The shower did finally start working again within a couple of hours and I did get offered another room. Not outstanding by any means, it was very warm in the room even with the AC set at 68, but it was clean

We just stayed overnite but it was of great relieve to walk into a nice clean room. The staff was helpfull and the breakfast area had enough choices for my kids to be happy.
