I informed Shae, day manager that I would be arriving very late probably after 12:00 pm and maybe around 1:00 am on Saturday 2/7/2026. Manager told me no issues and that she would inform night staff. I arrived with my family around 12:45 am 2/7/2026. Door was locked and we were told to call front desk using phone at door. I called and waited for around 45 minutes. No one answered or came to front desk. After around 45 minutes, the night staff, Brandon came to desk and told us that hotel was full and had no rooms available, without letting us in. I told him that we had a reservation and that I had informed the day staff about my late arrival. He made us stand outside and after pleading with him he let us in. After getting my details and ID, he found the reservation. When my wife told him that we were waiting for a long time outside, he argued with us and told us that he had been on a 15 minute lunch break. He said that he can check the camera to prove this. My wife told him that we definitely waited for over 15 minutes. Brandon got very angry with my wife and told us that he will check us out and not give us the room. I calmed him down and told him to please check us in. We had come for my daughter's Baylor event. He was visibly shaking and was very angry. My wife was using her phone and he then got even more angry stating that she was taking his picture without his permission which she was not doing. He finally gave us the room card and I thanked him. Most unpleasant checkin.

Pretty good hotel overall. Room was clean and functional. Only complaints are: no safe in the room, got a fair amount of freeway noise (had to use white noise machine and run the fan). Good location in town, plenty of parking.

The hotel was good but we were put on the same floor with a whole bus full of pre teens who ran the halls until 2am and were back up at 6am yelling and making noise. The walls were so thin we could hear everything. Everything else was good.
