The location of the property was excellent, especially if Waco Downtown is your destination. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had a few visitors (cockroaches) in the sink area and toilet area. As far as the staff, Stephanie was a huge help and was prompt in her decision making on other matters.

Rickey was excellent! The room was quiet, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. Only minor cons were the pillows, which were terrible and need an upgrade to a higher-end brand, and the very slippery shower floor; a simple bath mat would solve this minor problem. Enjoyed our stay here. I recommend this hotel.

We were in town for an event at Magnolia and found this hotel to be convenient and a great value for our weekend in Waco. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated that many items (type of eggs, waffle flavors) changed each day. We would definitely stay here again.
