Excellent location by Central station. Clean room. Room is too cramped for 2 persons which I think its over priced for a small room with a very limited bathroom facility (and you cant barely move in it) and no coffee/tea maker.

Easy access from Schipool to Amsterdam, quick check in and out. Breakfast is good as well.

Location, comfort, turist info, accommodating staff and good breakfast. Overall, they clearly have the traveler needs in mind and try to keep it practical.

No front desk! Poor signage ! Chaotic And not enough staff

Great location. Train was outside our window so couldn’t have curtains open because we were staring at people. All the family rooms are in first floor next to train and none of the windows can open and there is no air conditioning. So you have a bunch of kids in a hot, loud room. Bad planning.

Reasonably good, but very basic services and facilities. Room is clean, but lacking basic s such as coffee maker.

Clean and nice. Would be better if at least 1 bottle of water is in the room to welcome guests. Also each room needs a trash bin.

dont like: no toiletries , towels are very limited, the fix the bed but use same bedsheets. like: near central station, free breakfast, staff helpful except for the bald kinda heavy set guy in the front .

Great location for the train station and exploring the city! Nice and new and clean! Very small room, but that was fine for us! Cleanliness was at the top of our list! Very efficient check in and out! Nice bar and simple restaurant in lobby. We didn’t eat the breakfast, didn’t seem worth it for 17 euros.

Very accommodating staff. Great location. The only reason I don’t give it full marks is that the air conditioning is only kind of true. The rooms are equipped with machines that produce cool air, but not nearly enough to actually cool the room down. I spoke with the manager, and he was more than accommodating, offering to bring me a fan or switch rooms. He did explain, however, that the other rooms would likely be the same. I didn’t want to trouble him or myself by switching rooms, but as a result, I ended up waking up multiple times during the night in a sweat. Overall, a lovely hotel and would definitely recommend. I believe it is just my personal preference for liking rooms to be almost cold while I sleep.

In a very convenient location close to Centraal Station the Ibis was clean and comfortable and cheap for Amsterdam. Continuing construction meant that there was essentially no lobby however staff were helpful after you located them. The two elevator trip for those on higher floors was a bit unusual but not a total turn off. For a one night stay before my return flight from Amsterdam Ibis fit the bill .

Staff was very nice but the hotel was literally 1 step up from a hostel. The room we were given looked like a storage closet and the bed was basically 2 cots pushed together. The ac didn’t work and the elevators are ridiculously confusing. We left and checked in to the Hilton by the airport instead-best decision ever.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and the room was hot, stuffy, smelled of smoke, and the mattress the equivalent of a lawn furniture pad. I could not stay in this room, so I waived the $149+ for the one night stay, and went to the Hilton

The hotel was good and nextthe Metro Central that good to travel all around Amsterdam. The price is fair. I will recommend to my friends.

the hotel has a great location, close to everything. Unfortunately, the rooms and individuals bed are very small. The staff was great.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the shower water drain it was clogged. Rest ok. Good location, good service. I would repeat.
