We were very disappointed in the room allocated by your company. It was so tiny not comfortable at all. The staff at reception was very kind and gave us a more spacious room.

The A/C didn’t work well, mattress was old and dirty, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Because bathroom fan didn’t work the room was always damp and smelled of mold. This place has seen better days.

The hotel location is convenient and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was of high quality and variety. The room was of adequate size however I was surprised to remark that day cleaning included only bed tidiness and towel changing. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned every day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I loved my stay at Ibis Amsterdam — the central location made it so easy to get around and explore the city. Being right in the heart of everything meant I could walk to the main sights and enjoy the atmosphere just outside the door. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great services that made my stay hassle-free. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. A perfect spot for anyone wanting convenience and comfort in Amsterdam.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate. It seemed to be fairly clean, minus a blood stain on one of the pillows. The lobby and the breakfast each morning were fantastic! There are two gray, cloth chairs in the lobby that need to be reclothed. There was what appeared to be menstrual blood on two chairs around the same table. However, the experience was still very memorable and relaxing. Amsterdam was so amazing to see!

Great location as we were travelling by Eurostar train. This hotel is very close to the station and just few minutes walk to the centre and ferry. Their staff were very friendly. The lobby/breakfast area was clean, welcoming and modern. The rooms were basic but had all we needed. The beds were comfy but possibly extra pillows and duvet would have been nice. Overall would recommend!

Dutch GP. Excellent location basic accommodation.

Two of us stayed here for four nights to visit the Dutch GP. Excellent location, right in the tourist area of Amsterdam and the hotel straddles the railway station which provides train services to Zandvoort racetrack. The room was basic with wifi, tv and room safe. The safe was unusable as it had been left locked by the previous user. No extra pillows in the room, these were available if you asked at reception. We saw many people doing exactly this. No tea/coffee facilities in room. The bar/restaurant was excellent, good food (limited options) and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff get a mixed review from us. Some could not be more helpful while one guy was particularly rude as though he didn't want to be interrupted when I advised him that the coffee machine in reception was out of milk. Overall, location wins the day. If you are just looking for a base to head out from then this hotel ticks the boxes. As a final note, the hotel is cashless, as is much of Amsterdam that we saw. Don't bother bringing Euros with you.....You can't give them away.

This hotel is perfectly situated within a walking distance to loads of attraction. Although it is right by the train station we did not find it too loud, we barely even noticed. The room was advertised as sound proof, from the outside noise it was but we could hear others in their rooms. Again this wasnt so much an issue and other guests were quiet. We stayed in a double cozy room which was ideal for us. However, it would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.
