My husband and I were tired and wanted to stop for a few hours, so we came upon this hotel which I felt was a bit overpriced for what is offered. It appears this is also an apartment complex there wasn't people hanging out like they lived there. First impression of the room...it's bare! It has faux wood floors, the bathroom looked ok like it had been updated recently. The bed.....oh my how can I describe it....the bed spread looked like it had been in a wad in a corner for weeks, it had several cigarette holes burned in it, I was scared to turn the covers down out of fear of what I would see, lo and behold....candle wax, YES candle wax!! Not judging whomever left it there I hope they had a good time, but I did not want to sleep on it!!! So we stayed for about 6 hours and were gone before sun up!! NOT WORTH THE RATE IN MY OPINION!

I tried to find something nice to say about this place BUT SORRY to say: I can't say anything good at all about this motel. My advice: Do not stop here overnight. Bed bugs, bad smell. Nothing was working in the room. I told the man in the front desk at checkout all my complaints but he didn't offer any kind of refunds.

we stayed 2 nights, room was clean, bed was comfortable. bathroom another story shower had hair covering drain, i cleaned it off but still drained very slowly. one side of toilet seat was broken so seat moved side to side. room service came by when we were still there about 11am said we needed towels was told bring some right back we left gone 2 hours still no towels. left again gone 2 hours more. left again for supper came back hour and half later finally had towels on the bed which they did not make .And there was no soap or amenities in the bathroom. good thing i brought my own

This is an older property that has not been kept. Understaffed, expenses cut into the bone. The orange liquid at the "breakfast service" must have been Tang. It wasn't orange juice. Highway noise is unrelenting. Towels were like sandpaper. It's not only inexpensive, it's cheap.

This motel will put a roof over your head but that's about it. Many visitors were outside roaming around which make me question safety. Room 109 had a very dirty fabric desk chair and broken rocker chair. The door had been left open to air out. There is free wifi and breakfast which consists of waffles, cereal, toast and juice.. I would pass this motel right by!

This place is a run down mess. Stayed here 2 days because of a mechanical breakdown and was a nightmare. Rooms are old, beds are uncomfortable. They have new flat screens that's all you get. Second day police and homeless people fighting.the staff live here on site appears to be the norm. I would not recommend bringing children here. Sadly I paid 30.00 for my dogs while the homeless can pile up 3 and 4 per room.....

Roaches in the bathroom! This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. I should leave and demand a refund, but everyone is exhausted and I don't want to start hunting for another hotel late on a Friday night. Do NOT book here. Be forewarned.

The room was clean, the bed was big and confortable. It was quiet even with motorway close to the motel. We enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and the Texas waffle was funny, they is à large choice of things ( coffe, milk, juice, bread ...)

I could have enjoyed the comfortable beds if I could have slept with all the noise from trucks on I-35. Sorry, Rodeway Inn, Waco. Things were in pretty good shape for a one star motel and staff friendly and helpful, but the truck traffic never stopped. Although the air was clean and fresh at breakfast when I checked in the day before the office reeked of tobacco.

It was great nice rooms and friendly staff would recommend it nice location close to town easy to get to affordable rates pet friendly clean outdoors comfy beds. Carpet floors clean tubs hot showers breakfast good all around had a great exper8encr
